my wizard is stuck in windows logo!!! plz help me!

hello.. i got a really big problem... i recently acquired my htc wizard from my cousin.. at first, it is easy to use... i hard reset it to clear the data that are saved... after few hours, i soft reset the wizard because i changed my settings... but when its opened, its stuck in the windows 6 logo... i tried resetting it several times but it didnt work.. could someone help me with this problem? im new with this kind of thing and i dont know how to fix this.. could someone tell me step by step plz??? anything that u will mention will be new to me... please teach me... thankz a lot! plz send me the message to [email protected]

iam changing my phone sim 3times continue.
after that iam restarting my phone.
buy my phone hanged at samsung first screen,
after i am updating firm ware using odin.
but my phone not turn on.that is sucked at android factory reset window.
the error is cant unmount sdcard...etc
my phone model is samsung si9003
plz can you help me about my phone how to turn on as usual.
plz suggest me about upgrading.
or give any solution for me plz

It is very hard to understand what your exact problem is, I can suggest a Galaxy III for an upgrade. As far as your current phone...
I;m sure someone out there has had a problem close to yours, try YouTube and Google searching as well as educating yourself here (XDA) on anything related to your phone or similar problems.
You might find the info. you need in an unrelated post or video! Check your pins to see if they are worn or possibly broken (connections). Ensure that you are getting a clean and solid connection.

Hello everyone,I currently facing a problem with my android device.I can't connect to the internet and an error popping up every few minutes saying "server access failure 1,104,please check your network connection or try again later".I tried factory reset and that didn't solve the problem.
I googled for answer and non of them are helping or related to my problem.So help me pls .

So strange... Have you contacted with you ISP? Or tried the same connection from other device.
