Hard to help with that few information.
"SIM not detected" can have several reasons:
SIM corrupt => get a new one from your mobile carrier
wrong mobile network settings => check the settings and adapt to the correct values for your mobile provider
issues with the modem/baseband => re-flash the modem/baseband to your device, use files compatoble for your region/carrier first
IMEI issues => check your IMEI number and restore your last backup if your device is running on a generic IMEI
Sorry for the "general" answer.
Best to ask in the Help/Q&A forum of your device.
If you can't find a dedicated forum for your device on xda, you can ask in the [HELP THREAD] Ask ANY Question. Noob Friendly.
And keep in mind to provide as much details as possible to get better help and advices.
Good luck !

Hi,
There's a couple similar threads on this,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2647933
And for other S4 versions... (so don't flash firmware or radios that are mentioned here, you need the proper ones for your model )
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2601239
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2442823
If nothing in those threads helps, you'll need to ask for help here,

[Completed] GSM Connection problems with Acer Jade S56 dual sim after firmware restore.

I had rooted my Acer S56 but after update the mobile doesn't boot so I made a flash according one of the posted on this site and it is working properly now, I could update by Wi-Fi and by this way it is OK. But now I can not connect to GSM network, even no register to the networks.

Good day, and welcome to XDA!
At first glance, it looks like you may have lost your IMEI. To be sure, dial *#06# to see your device IMEI (don't even need a SIM inserted for this test).
Please register for an account, so you can post in the rest of the site. There are a few options on where to ask for help, but without a forum for your device, the places are less obvious. The most common one I recommend is the [HELP THREAD] Ask ANY Question. Noob Friendly thread in the > General discussion > Questions and Answers forum.
There is also a [Official] Acer Liquid Jade S (S56) thread under > Android Development and Hacking > Miscellaneous Android Development > that can be a place to check out as well. Finally, you do have a resource thread (don't think you will be able to post it it for a while) called [GUIDE] Firmwares, ROMs, CWM, Root - Acer Liquid MTK Smartphones under the same fourm.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

[Completed] LG optimus LTE LU6200 help

hi i have been searching the forums for days now regarding my issue but seems not to find the proper solution so i decided to make a new thread hoping to find the answers to my problem...
i have flashed a rom on my mobile (LG LU6200), which works just fine.. but the only problem is my IMEI turned all "0".. after checking my google dashboard i found the IMEI number there.. so what i did is to go here: csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn="IMEI" to check the proper kdz file for my phone.. hoping it will solve my problem.. but to no success, the IMEI is still "0"
so i was thinking of looking for a stock ROM for LG LU6200 (any version would do), might solve my problem... or if there is a solution to change the IMEI number (i have tried using tools for this) but seems that all available tools are for MTEK phones only.. i would greatly appreciate all the help i can get. thank you so much

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
Sorry to hear about your trouble. There is an XDA area dedicated to the LG Nitro HD (AT&T) at http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-nitro-hd which would be a good starting place if that's the variant you have. If you have another LU6200 model, I suggest you post your question with all relevant details in the general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.
Good luck!

Phone suddenly got the error stating " Not registered on Network"
Everything else working fine, but not able to make calls or use mobile data.
Samsung service people say that motherboard needs to be changed, lost IMEI and unknown bus band something.

Please help
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. First register on XDA here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/register.php Then try flashing the stock firmware using Odin. If you don't know how to do that ask here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2055736 Also see your device's specific forum here where you can find many more answers, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2

[Completed] Valid IMEI sim not working

Hi everybody,
I have a jiayu 4GS just returned from assistance because it couldn't charge or power on. When it came back the phone could start and charge but my sim couldn't get mobile signal. I however decided to flash a new rom on it (MIUI v 7 from needrom) and even if now everything in the phone is working perfectly, my sim still can't connect.
I thought about an IMEI problem but I can visualize it in IMEI information inside settings menu and it's the right one (the one written under my battery). Otherwise could the assistence change something?
Anyone have some advice or things to try before i send it back from where it just came?
Kebaberto
