I had rooted my Acer S56 but after update the mobile doesn't boot so I made a flash according one of the posted on this site and it is working properly now, I could update by Wi-Fi and by this way it is OK. But now I can not connect to GSM network, even no register to the networks.

At first glance, it looks like you may have lost your IMEI. To be sure, dial *#06# to see your device IMEI (don't even need a SIM inserted for this test).
Please register for an account, so you can post in the rest of the site. There are a few options on where to ask for help, but without a forum for your device, the places are less obvious. The most common one I recommend is the [HELP THREAD] Ask ANY Question. Noob Friendly thread in the > General discussion > Questions and Answers forum.
There is also a [Official] Acer Liquid Jade S (S56) thread under > Android Development and Hacking > Miscellaneous Android Development > that can be a place to check out as well. Finally, you do have a resource thread (don't think you will be able to post it it for a while) called [GUIDE] Firmwares, ROMs, CWM, Root - Acer Liquid MTK Smartphones under the same fourm.

Acer once again started business in India with no support.Acer liquid e700 a trisim phone its lacking in support no proper root method and recovery installation method is available yet and no information about lollipop update ,no custom ROM also available in XDA .so please help us on posting root method and developing custom rom for it.

Acer would never have anything to do with rooting devices... And usually it voids your warranty with any manufacturers device. So you know.
As far rooting, I found these similar threads,

And this one has info on a few Acer devices... So only use files made for your specific model, not the other devices, or you could have serious issues...

As far as roms go, read the second thread I linked. Also you could ask about roms in one of those threads.

I have an important problem for me with the bluetooth connection of an app of mobile paiement wich uses an ingenico mobile terminal of paiement wich is connected to the phone.
my last phone is an acer z3 and i worked perfectly well with this. i tried the app on the phone of my husband and it works too. with my phone, every thing is ok at first when i pair the phone, the paiement terminal is paired and it appear ok in the app but when i trie to do a paiement it says there is no connection between phone and ingenico terminal.
i tried to re-install app, i tried to root the phone. i did the pairing much time without success. so i'm asking some hel here. maybe it is an acces problem or maybe should i change android version.
my version is 4.4.2, my husban has a galaxy X cover 3 with android 4.4.4 and my old phone acer z3 has 4.2.2.
if i have to change android, where could i find a rom?

Custom ROM's are specially tailored to the device, so you will need to find a developer who has the same one. However, I couldn't find anything of that make and model.
At any rate, create an account, so you can post in the rest of the site. Particularly, you will want to the [HELP THREAD] Ask ANY Question. I would try the above links first. You may find others with the same tablet. Otherwise (and this has been done for other devices, even popular ones), you may need to give a device (same make and model) to an interested developer (as they don't like to build blindly).
Not a whole lot of options, but that is something you can tease out (if there are more) on the General Q&A forum.

The > Android Development and Hacking > Android Apps and Games forum contains many apps, and a few questions regarding apps. But really, (it seems) most app questions will go through to the > Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum (the one I linked before - sort of a catch-all question forum for rare devices and not particular to a device at all).
With regards to the tablet, one with similar specs (read....chipset) can help a developer out as a starting point, but the ROM will still need to be customized for that device to avoid bootloop.
Time to release you out into the world! The Purpose of XDA Assist is to point those who need assistance in the right direction, not to be a helpdesk (which I am fine with providing a little extra information, like the above paragraph ). With the forums mentioned in this thread in hand, you should be off to a great start with XDA. Take care.

Hard to help with that few information.
"SIM not detected" can have several reasons:
SIM corrupt => get a new one from your mobile carrier
wrong mobile network settings => check the settings and adapt to the correct values for your mobile provider
issues with the modem/baseband => re-flash the modem/baseband to your device, use files compatoble for your region/carrier first
IMEI issues => check your IMEI number and restore your last backup if your device is running on a generic IMEI

If you can't find a dedicated forum for your device on xda, you can ask in the [HELP THREAD] Ask ANY Question. Noob Friendly.
