If you know what app it was you can try booting in safe mode and removing it.
Edit: Please post the model of your phone, the OS version, what app you think you downloaded, and what you tried so far to remove the malware.

Hey total newbie to this but getting by. I'm rooted running Sky ICS 6.9 and now flash is broken and is ready to update in the market but gives me errors saying please install previous version. I can't even find the original apk on the phone to uninstall. Please help. Thanks guys.
I'm aware this post may not be in the correct forum but being a noob I'm unable to post elsewhere sorry.
well if you don't want to use hulu then here is the process I use (i'm in canada so can't use hulu)
get a program like titanium backup
you can find the app in there and uninstal it
reboot the phone
go to the market to update
it will give you an error but it will also give you the option to uninstal (a pop up will give you the option)
uninstall then reinstall
and you have the latest version
not sure how your flash was broken, mine was fine just didn't want the notifications there wanting me to update.

frramework-res apk is a system file which shouldn't be tampered with without extensive knowledge. It contains the elements of the Graphical User Interface. The bootloops are happening due to many possible reasons resulting from modifying this file. Please use only rated developer modifications or stick to stock settings. Please seek information on factory resetting device. If this is the result of running a particular mod then perhaps the mod isn't ready for your device/rom version, report it to the correct sources and leave them to correct this issue in their own time.
Thanks
Thanks
I am very thankful to that information you have given to me.. Thank you..
Is there any chance I can unbrick my LG Realm aka LS620. I rooted the phone with Kingroot and then deleted some Bloatware. Doing that I must have done
something to some vital system apps. Now my situation is as follows:
-cannot access any system settings(error message: Unfortunately, Settings has stopped)
-other apps like Contacts, Messaging, Gallery, E-mail give me the error message: Unfortunately, 'Appname' has stopped.
-phone still boots up
-since I cannot access Settings I can NOT enable "USB Debugging" or "Unknown Sources"
-since I cannot enable those, I cannot connect to a PC to use adb to sideload apks or install non Google Play Store apks like Towelroot
-I still can put the phone in "Download Mode"
-I performed a factory reset which did not fix the problem, actually it made it worse since the phone is not rooted anymore, as verified with Root Check
I tried to flash the phone using kdz and tot/dll files for the LG L70 which is a very similar phone but that gives me only errors. I cannot find the
firmware for the LS620 anywhere as apparently a lot of other people can't. I spent now more than 2 unsuccessful weeks on the internet trying to find a fix
for my problem. My thinking is that if I somehow could install Towelroot by maybe tricking the phone to thinks it is a genuine goole play store apk I could
then trie to root the phone again and re-install the Settings system apk.
At this point I am out of my wits, but I refuse to believe there is no solution. There are a lot of smart people out there and on this forum, the answer
must lurk somewhere. The simplest of course would be to find the firmware for the LS620. So, if you can help please respond and let me know. My apologies
for this rather lengthy post.
Thanks,
Joe

Yeah,
I knew this site. But before you can download anything you must register which I tried but was unsuccessful to do. Not all the Chinese text on the site is translated with Bing translator and becomes is kind of confusing. I could not find any reference to a firmware file in the link you posted. But thanks anyway for responding. --Joe

Hi! This is my first post on this amazing forum!
So, this is gonna be tough... So bare with me. As I said, this tread is about a ZTE Blade A450.
My phone is infected with Ghost Push virus. That means that the device is full with malicious software in its root, which is not removable by recovery. Once the device is connected to the internet, lots of infected, unwanted apps start downloading and installing on their own, making the device mostly unusable.
I will make a list of the things I have tried, in order to get rid of it.
1. As mentioned above, wiping data/recovery. Virus is part of the system, so it's reinstalled along with Android.
2. Tried installing Stubborn Trojan Killer. This app needs internet access to work, so when connected, the scanning and fixing procedure gets interrupted by the installation of those infected apps. No luck there.
3. Tried flashing the official ZTE update for my model through sd card. I failed, because the update I download from ZTE's support site is corrupted (can't unzip it on pc). No luck there.
Now I am in the process of trying to flash a custom ROM. I can't find anything for my device, it's not listed in CWM or TWRP too. It's seems like I am stuck and nothing works.
I need help on this one and your best advice possible!
Thanks in advance!

So my first question is, is your phone rooted? Second, is USB-Debugging enabled, and if it is, does MTK Droid Tools detect/recognize your device?
You can answer me anytime if you still need some help.

Not even sure if it's rooted still. That lack of permission has any fix i know blocked. I need to access settings any suggestions on how without a pc? Your site can tell if it's. Rooted. Using it via the toolbar. Learned it's an LS740 and it's boost. Been attempting "secret codes" zero have actually worked. If someone can please offer up a solution I would greatly appreciate it. I'm still just attempting to learn. Also if the site gate keepers could advise me as to root status of this currently used device. I could know then if maybe I can push a recovery img.
Well no questions finding help yet. I just now downloaded a gapps package. Correct me please if I'm wrong but didn't that basically confirm the device is still rooted? I'm certain there's no flashify or similar app in here. No recovery so can I push a recovery img. So it potentially gets the gapps package in. Look I'm spitballing basically trying to beg for helpful advice hopefully from someone who knows these things. A previous device I failed to find advice and eventually made a good guess and pushed a gapps package which solved a very similar problem. This device has settings out with no permissions for outsourced apps. A bit harder to work around for a newbie. Yes a couple successful guesses don't reach above newbie. Help please.
