Gionee elife s7 NVRAM and IMEI error
Hi XDA friends I was flashing stock ROM on my gionee elife s7, this smartphone is based on mt6752 soc. While flashing ROM I accidentally selected Format+Update option in SP FLASH TOOL, so flash tool erased my nvram partition. Now I'm getting NVRAM error and also there's no network in my smartphone because its displaying invalid imei. I tried to root my smartphone, but I found that currently my smartphone is not rootable, no root tool is succeeded in rooting it.
Please friends help me..
If any how I can get nvram.bin I think this problem can be fixed.

If you flashed indian firmware on the chinese device or vice versa invalid imei may appear due to different radios. If you really formatted nvram that's sad, but you can try to restore it using radio DB that comes with firmware and one of tools like SN Flash Tool. However for some reason all these tools work really unreliably at least with this phone. I managed to write nvram just once out of many attempts while I was playing with the phone. Always back up your data before flashing. Just read out everything from 0 address to cache partition using sp flash tool and you will be safe

I have the same problem whene I flased a new firmware on my GIONEE s7 but I lost the IMEI can one help me to resolve this poblem I tried to flash a IMEI using SN writer gived with the firmware but the phone can't enter to metamode and SN Writer say MetaMode enter fail

I am desperate for help. I got a BLU Life One M and flashed the A117 Kitkat ROM from here:

It destroyed the baseband and now the SIM slots are not working at all.
Before flashing I used TWRP to backup the entire phone and used MobileUncle to backup the IMEI. The files I have now are:
recovery.log
boot.emmc.win
cache.ext4.win
data.ext4.win
logo.emmc.win
nvram.emmc.win
recovery.emme.win
sec_ro.emmc.win
system.ext4.win
uboot.emmc.win
IMEI.bak
I tried TWRP recovery but it does not repair the baseband. I also tried MobileUncle with IMEI.bak but it does not write anything back.
I wonder if there is still a way to save this device. Thanks!!!

I have the same problem. I was able to download the above original firmware and used sp flash tool to flash it back to the phone. Baseband and IMEI still show as unknown. Does the stock firmware include baseband flash? Any other suggestions?

Yesterday afer root of my mmx magnus a117, I tried to install recovery with help of TWRP manager but after that I face issue of my network signal, this is due to loss IMEI, so I tried to slove this issue with help of mobileunkle tool to go in engineer mode to feed IMEI no but its not working, as it show my Radio state off.
My phone SIM managment is also got inactive ( greyed out ). My Baseband Status showing unknown

I have panasonic p81, tried installing miui 4.9 on it. It installed successfully but has cleared the phone's nvram. There is no serial number or IMIE on the phone now, and it is lying as a paper weight.
Can any of the members please help me in restoring the nvram and imei's of the phone.
I have nvram backup (both .bin and .tar) created by droid tools before i did the rom upgrade.
I can't get droid tools or the sp flash tool to flash back the nvram as suggested in most of the threads. Maybe a link to clean stock rom would also help here as I tried downloading and installing a stock rom downloaded over the net.
There is no base band version, and imei's even after installing the same.
Any and all help here will be appreciated.. Please...

I accidentally formatted my lenovo s650 when installing rom via sp flash tool. I have official firmware of lenovo s650 which have 3 folders, target_bin, apdb, modemdb.
I know how to flash rom from the target_bin folder.
can somebody help me to restore the nvram from the files of apdb and modemdb. I am facing invalid imei and nvram error of changing wifi mac address.
I tried many tutorials on internet but nothing worked for me. need a permanent fix for this, if possible without rooting.

hello, i tried installing twrp several times with sp tool
but everytime i get "pmt changed for the rom,it must be downloaded" error..So i formatted the partition as the youtube tutorial suggested but then i have to install stock rom to rum my phone back on..So no twrp ...what's the problem?? Help me with that!!

I recently upgraded/flashed stock rom from amigo 5.0.2 to amigo 6.0 and everything is working except that the baseband became unknown, IMEI null, sim cards not detected, wifi mac address changed to 02:00:00:00:00:00. After a lot of googling I learnt that my NVRAM partition was what contained those data and it was wiped during the flashing process and I already deleted most of my backups (including My NVRAM backup made via adb) to free space on my pc (I didn't notice the problem on time).
Please can someone share a backup of NVram and NVdata for gionee f103m (whether adb, mtk droid, miracle box, sp flash tool, just any one that is available please).
