[Completed] MMS Fix for Sprint Galaxy S3 Flashed to MetroPCS Running Android v4.4.2

Hello, I wanted to post a question for help in the subject but couldn't find an appropriate place in your forum to do that.
Your senior member, oakieville, had a working solution that worked for me when my phone's Android version was 4.3. I tried same for v4.4.2 but wasn't successfull. I wish oakieville had updated his post to include a new fix to work for the latest Android version.
Therefore, would you please send me a link for appropriate place for posting a question for help in the subject and forward oakieville this message? Thanks.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development/i9300-to-n00t-bring-lte-fun-to-3g-t2886574
Couple of users reported that they are facing SMS issue (cannot send SMS to service number), Some pixel issues refer the below link for reported pixel issue - (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3200809)
Can you please advise me are these still open issues/bugs in the V9 version? Am i good to go with this version of ROM installation?
Please note that XDA Assist isn't a general helpdesk area, our purpose is to point people who don't know where to post in the right direction. The best place to ask about the ROM is in its q&a thread here:

[Completed] help with straight talk galaxy s3

I have a straight talk galaxy s3 (sch-s968c) and have no plans to upgrade it. i really like this phone. i got a samsung gear live as a gift and like it as well. after wading through forums for the last two weeks, i have managed to root my phone. now i just need simple directions on how to get the android updated to 4.3 or 4.4. either one is fine for my needs. i tried to follow some forum threads on how to do this, but they are usually too vague for me to accomplish it. help. please.
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. The best place to get help is the device's specific forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-att. They are the experts on your device. Your device is a variant of the S3 so you may have to work a little to find the answers you're looking for. But here are some tips:
You can usually find stock firmware for Samsung devices at Samsung-updates.com or sammobile.com. They are flashable in Odin. Always backup first, off your device, before using Odin
There may or may not be a root method for 4.3 or 4.4. Root exploits are generally patched with each new android version. Check in the forum I linked you to.
Don't be afraid to ask questions in the threads you've found. They are the experts. At XDA Assist we have good overall general knowledge but may not have knowledge specific to your device.
Good luck!

What Guide do I use for Galaxy S4 SPH-L720T 5.0.1
I have rooted the phone before or so I thought but apparently something didn't take.
I have tried to find what guide to use but there seem to be so many variables and I am a bit lost on the phone terminology that I can't find the information I am looking for.
I am just looking for a guide that gives me step by step for this version
thanks
