[Completed] Galaxy i337 AT&T internet (4G) not working :(

Hello to all
I have a Galaxy s4 SGH-I337 AT & T Mobile, I'm using in Italy.
After some days the internet connection (4G) has stopped working, how can I fix this?
I using Android kitkat 4.4.4 firmware NJ4 ROOT

from the below link I ave downloaded V9 ROM version,

Couple of users reported that they are facing SMS issue (cannot send SMS to service number), Some pixel issues refer the below link for reported pixel issue - (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3200809)
Can you please advise me are these still open issues/bugs in the V9 version? Am i good to go with this version of ROM installation?

Trying to install either the newest version of Android or cyanogenmod. I have a Samsung S4 Mini serranoltetfnatt SM-S890L. It is the straight talk version running 4.2.2 jelly bean. I have successfully rooted with kingroot and need some instructions or pointed on the right area for switching or upgrading my rom. Thanks.

Hi. i want to change the rom. I wanted to upgrade the android version to the latest version i.e lolipop in my samsung i9100. I tried cyanogen mod but its not what i was expecting. please provide me the link or the procedure with the files through which i can download samsung latest android software.

Since I am a new member, and currently unable to post to the [MOD][Deodex][Odex][MB1][MC3][MD4][MK3][ND8]Hotspot Mod - Working 4G thread for which I need to ask help from I'll do it here, I'm hoping this is okay Anyway, I have a Galaxy Note 2 (SPH-L900) Sprint Model. All I want to know is which file do I flash? If it's possible with my phone, any help would be kindly appreciated. (Also just so everyone knows I have looked and searched for possible apps like the TrevE wifi tether mod and wifi tether router none work for me. (Unless I'm doing something wrong)
