Equalizers Is There One That Does What I Want? - General Questions and Answers

I have an LG Access LGL31L and in Europe I think its called an LG F90, it is on Android 4.4.2
My main issue is when on speaker phone I have to turn the volume up but the speaker buzzes (plastic vibrations) and the only way to cure it is to drop the low frequencies, but this phone (like many others) has no audio effects.
Is there an equalizer that is of very good quality with more than 5 bands that is really a system wide EQ?
I know there are some music players with good EQ's but I am not familiar with any system wide EQ's that are any good.
Looking for an EQ similar to what jetAudio Music Player, Poweramp or Onkyo HF Player have.
It must work during speaker phone usage.
Thanks

using an cyanogen 11 equaliser named DSL is great.

Environmental audio with music/earbuds

I use lithium music player because I like the song crossfade, no gaps,
but would use other player if work with this idea...
Can you find a way to enable the microphone on the earbuds and mix with music player to hear both?
When I have earbuds in, I cannot hear my environment, While sometimes that is the whole purpose,
Sometimes I need to hear my environment with earbuds in, like when jogging/walking/bikeriding.
Can you find a way to enable the microphone on the earbuds and mix with music player to hear both?
It's a neat idea, and you could use almost the same trick for noise cancellation if you want to reduce the background noise.
So,
Found an app,
VirtualAmp,
Headphone hearing aid,
Seems to run concurrently with Lithium,
Testing this weekend

Apple airplay/bluetooth

Hey so I've been messing with two apps, hifi speaker and remote for itunes, to airplay stream music to my phone at home. I was also going to buy a new blue tooth speaker and was wondering if after getting the music streamed to the phone, turning on blue tooth will this then redirect the music to the speaker?
Also, is there an app to give my phone actual airplay capabilities, not just making my phone a receiver for airplay but letting me push music/video out over airplay?
Thanks.

Wait so what music source exactly do you use with this? You said that no rom redirects audio to Bluetooth, yet I find it hard to believe if I connect my phone to a speaker via Bluetooth and play music out of, say Power amp, that THAT wouldn't work.

Using power amp only directs to certain BT frequency and when using the stock players it has always stopped when I try to swap to BT of course this is my experience u may have a more compatible BT device but this is just me u can try urself but this is what have found doesn't and hasn't worked
PS when I mean redirect I mean redirect the audio sound from the music player to the by device.

Wow... Then what exactly is the point in buying a speaker? I mean they advertise them to be compatible with like I phones, android, and all Bluetooth compatible devices don't they?

Bluetooth audio equalizer for MAXX?

I've recently upgraded from the HTC Rezound which was rooted/S-off and all that good stuff. I used DSP manager quite a bit connecting to my UE Boom box. I haven't been running a Moto phone in quite some time and was curious what equalizer would work best. The stock one does OK at best via the speaker but Bluetooth music sounds almost muffled now where it wasn't before. Thanks guys

I've been playing with the built-in equalizer and I don't believe it touches bluetooth audio, at least from what I can tell. Anyone know an app that does?

What kinds of glitches are you having with Poweramp? I've never had any issues with it.
Yeah, no glitches / issues for me as well! Runs smoothly..
If you want a change, you could try Musixmatch or rocket player..

its like from now, if I add music files, more specifically, .aac files, the time of the track has seemed to double, yet starts at the middle of that doubled time, so it plays normally. why am I looking for a new player is because it actually cuts the track at the end too early, and I want to actually listen to entire track.

I don't know about the doubling thing, but the end of the track being cut off is probably because of your crossfade / gapless settings which can be adjusted.
Personally, the only music app I ever used was Poweramp until I switched to Google Music All Access when I bought this phone. I haven't looked back.

what I meant was that it actually cuts off 2-5 seconds before the track ends. I've used the Poweramp forum to discuss my problems with little help.

Doubling of track time is a problem with the specific music file and not with PowerAmp..
Even I have faced this a few times but it was because of the bad file... I re-downloaded the file from a different source and everything was ok!
Seriously, there isn't any music app which I've found better than PowerAmp and I've been using it since ages!

My advice is Walkman Player...but you need root...the clearaudio equalizer is something that is amazing! I really love it!
You can try Shuttle+ found on the Play Store.

Im currently trying SWP Smartwatch Player. A stand alone app (as in it doesnt seem to rely on the player on the phone)
Good graphics, built in equalizer and apparently it supports low power mode although I cant seem to get that bit working yet
Im still on Android 4.1.2 and it works fine
It is only for locally stored files though.

I use PowerampControl Pro SmartWatch, because that's the only app i found which you can navigate into your folder to select music and not only zap to the next track.

PowerAmp is by far the best Android music player and the smartwatch app blows everything else out of the water. SmartMote is great (if you're on KitKat) and I constantly use it with PocketCasts podcasts, but for music PowerAmp is it. PowerAmp smartwatch app was kinda crap when first released, but now it's brilliant and what I hoped for being spoiled using the main PowerAmp app.
I would go with smartmote. I used power amp for a while. But smartmote works with every app I have tried it with, I use it with Google music, bubble upnp and even netflix. It even displays album art and also let's you add gestures if you don't like your watch being cluttered with buttons.
