what can i do about it ? so annoying !
i have whatsapp web app to make me sure there's an issue . after around 20 minutes it says my phone is not connected . and as soon as i turn my screen on , whatsapp web is online again .
ideas???

Asking if anyone has had the issue where the data connection refuses to connect untill I turn off/on the phone radio (using com manager) then itll connect just fine again.
I suspect its somthing to do with active sync, as I sync every hour, and every 2 hours in windows live sync . so after say a few hours from a reset I can not 'dial' to use the internet, with the message saying answer modem disconnected, id do my fix, then another few hours itll break again.
As you can understand its quite annoying.
On o2 uk 3G with unlimited web if its provider specific.
And Im using advance config to automaticly disconnect if no program is using the internet.

It seems a terrific Problem with my Note ..
Once i Activate the Wifi , my Note Takes all the Connection as if it's downloading Something , and suddenly my Laptop & Desktop Slow down to death !
Te Signs are always lighted as if there is Incoming and outgoing connection for upload and Download
I Closed all the Apps , restart the Note , still the same ...

Hmm on the top of it looks like there is a virus or something that is accessing the internet have you scanned your not with an antivirus did you try and do a reset
Over last few weeks i noticed that my data connection keeps dropping and i cannot connect to any website or anything.
I happens probably once every 10-20 mins but it shows i have full bars and H sign still there but nothing will connect or my tv streams stop working etc.
Only way to fix is either reboot or switch mobile data off and then back on again and then it starts working again after a minute or two. Its driving me crazy because i cant watch any live tv or browse the web properly.
Im stock rom not rooted my phone or anything - any help would be greatly accepted.

I have been watching TVCatchup now for 40 mins without a single hiccup!!
And like user said it seems faster than ever now
Any idea what changing this setting has done?

Since some time ago, I started having problems with any type of internet connection .
I install the ROM, for a few days the internet works perfectly both wifi and data .
After a few days, both wifi and data, appear with an exclamation point and I can not use the internet. This problem happens with any access point , including with my home router.
But from time to time some applications including the Whatsapp, works well, except for the Facebook messenger do not work at all, always show trying to connect.
If I restart the device, the internet works for a mere moment then, back to the same.
I'm using CM13.
You can see the logcat, I took a look at the log and when I turn on WiFi , appear some errors relating to the modem and some exceptions , but I do not understand very well the log and if someone with more knowledge could tell me what is going on , this problem happens with any CM13 ROM that already I have installed.
You can see these errors in the last 20 25 lines of the log.
