We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist, and there is no forum specifically for G-Right products at this time, but you may want to ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. However, since your device is relatively uncommon, please be patient and give the experts plenty of time to respond.
Good luck!

Tried looking everywhere and tried alot of different methods, it seems like no one knows how to root it and all the methods I tried didn't work.
Please post in Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting so that the right experts may be of help to you.

Hi, I've bought a Chinese tablet; http://www.tabletspecsreview.com/ippo-v12-affordable-10-1-inch-kitkat-tablet-specs-review/
My problem is that it doesn't have root permissions. It came with superSu pre-installed but it updated itself via play store and i cannot update the binaries. I tries both normal method and via recovery but since it has an unknown recovery by the manufacturer it failed to install. I searched for various methods on how to root like vroot, towelroot, and many others but in vain. Could someone direct me on how to proceed.

Okay thanks I'll ask for help there.
well I posted there but nobody seems to care...disappointing
I wouldn't put it that way. You need to remember, the older or less popular a device is, the fewer people who own it. Even fewer that own it and come to XDA. Unanswered threads aren't usually from members not bothering to answer.... It's more likely no one knows how to help.
In these cases, a google search of make and model number would likely be a good idea. ?
Hope you find answers. Thread closed.
I have recently purchased one of these and have been having trouble rooting it any thing out there so far I have tried king root towel root and 360 root all with no look.
I am comfortable with linux cli commands so am not fussy about how this should be achieved any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA assist.
Since you have tried two of the most commonly used root apps, it is highly likely that your phone can not be rooted.
There is no currently known method for rooting your device, however if you still have questions, please create a XDA account and post in the following forum below:

I want to root my device. I tried various methods including Framaroot, but it says that the device isn't vulnerable.
What I should do?
