Micro sd adapter - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note5

I don't like something that's solid that can be bent over and ruin the port on my phone.
This will flop around and pull out before it does what something plugged into your port will.

I bought mine at Staples with the 110% PM total $8.95

Monoprice.com Search PID:11193 (OTG adapter) and PID:11194 (microsd OTG USB). Never ever had a problem with monoprice. Currently use both of above with no issues. Phone picks it up right away.

This gave me an idea.... A case with built in OTG and micro SD slot... Maybe similar to an external battery case just with a micro SD slot integrated into it. I don't have the know-how or the resources to pull it off but maybe a good kickstarter for someone.

Maybe you should write a letter to incipio. They have one for the s6 edge. Hope they make one for the note 5 and s6 edge+.

How about something like this?

This looks somewhat promising.

I think the main thing is that it be USB OTG. There is a huge thread somewhere discussing this topic. Based on that thread, I ordered one of these and am hopeful that it will work properly.

The only one guaranteed to work is called the Motorola Camera Kit, and consists of a small adapter (3-4") referenced in the post above. There are others advertised as OTG cables/adapters) but they're pretty hit or miss.

iphone4 issues.. yeah yeah i know i know..

so today i got a new iphone4, when i got it, it had a code lock on it, so i connected it to itunes, and "restored" it. when i did it, i did it without a simcard inside (idk if that matters), so then i put the sim back inside, and am getting this

Disconnect and connect the cable from the phone while this screen is up. Does the trick unless your device can't be activated for some reason.

You need to connect it to itunes to activate the phone, are you using ATT ? My guess is no cause they didn't activate it at the store ?

I work there so basicly If you wanted more just make two or three separate sales quotes. Most of my cashiers don't know they aren't supposed to sell you more then one

Micro Sim in Xperia L C2104

I have an Xperia L as my secondary and Note 2 as primary. The Note had to go to the service centre so I tried using its micro sim in the L. It won't register and keeps saying No sim. I tried moving it around to no avail. Can anyone throw some light as to how I can use my micro sim in the L immediately? Cannot buy an adapter for now.

I suggest you to go for adapter.. Moving sim card around would damage the sim circuit..

Adapter is the way to go....they come really cheap.
Otherwise you may damage the connectors
Maybe you are not putting it in right place in right way.
I seriously suggest you get an adapter, you might break the phone due to this
mirco sim is not designed to go in normal sim

NFC use as my key card?

Would it be possible to set this up in some way? I have (I believe) an RFID card to get into the building at work. If I can do this using my phone, I could get away with not even taking my wallet to work, or at least thinning it considerably. Sciatica is making it really hard to sit on a wallet anymore
You inset the key in the case. Presto.

I tried one of the cases with card slots, but it's just too thick. About the thickness of 3 to 4 regular cards
Not possible, those cards are encrypted using one of several proprietary methods.
I figured as much. It was worth a shot, at least
RFID is also different from NFC.

While true the phone should be capable of both. Just splitting hairs though.
Back to the original topic, just squeeze the card in between the case and phone and you should be good. Only downside is Samsung Pay may not work as well if it somehow interferes.
I tried squeezing it into my v20 cases and it caused 2 to break and split. I'll end up figuring out something
My non-elegant solution:
