Hi brothers. As you know, Samsung has announced it will not update for Galaxy K zoom. I started looking for a new custom ROM for my phone. And I found a custom ROM. Obviously I have not fully tested this custom ROM. But as I see Dolby feature is not working. suggest pro deleted in the camera options. Other features fine, rom is stable, there are plenty of good options. I've used TWRP ROM for installation. Full System format, then take before I took full backup. I'm trying to find something better. I hope I find a smooth Rom and I would like to share with you. If I had known a little more English, I can help you more, so I apologize.
Your English is just fine serif.
I keep this device for special occasions ...would be great if you do manage more development on the k zoom, I wouldn't know where to start myself TBH

I read all the pages. I realized that BioHazard installed with Aroma installer
and can choose what I install.
What you choose to install, so your cell phone works well.
Just download v5. Because v6 is not yet completed.

Cant agree more....device is fine OS is also good and smooth only -ve is less no. of apps....

Hi, just installed the rom from rooted stock with cwm recovery, to find myself sitting at the cyanogenmod boot animation for around 10 mins. does the system do this on first boot, have i missed a step, or have i messed installation up some other way?

Thanks, that link worked. Unfortunately, I'm an idiot and didn't RTFM. GSM doesn't work on the dual-sim model. If anyone knows a way to get this ROM or another kit-kat ROM working with GSM on the C1605, please let me know. In the meantime I downgraded to CM10.
Have you identified what is causing the camera bug?Is it framework or library package?
Is there any other camera app that works with cm 11?

Sorry guys.This project has been abandoned due to not much development skills,family problems,focus on study so there's no time to work on this project.
I hope the rom by PolishVodka will be fixed so you can taste Nougat :fingers-crossed:

Best option will be CM14.1. In poll it should go rather to AOSP or Customized category?
And of course, I can test things
Latest AOSP 7.1.1 already built alot "customized" inside, Janice will too heavy to load if more customized. Except you will make CM14.1 smaller and add OC inside. Testers are always ready... LOL XD
I don't have this device but I'm willing to help port nougat to this device. I believe that CM14.1 is easier to port because ace 2 has CM14.1 and we can use its patches and misc. stuff. Also, Epirex already started N bringup last time but it's not complete:

I'm working on it soon and I will be helped by my friend who interested to join this project.
But! This ROM may be coming in 4 or 5 months or possibly 6 months because I have to start focus on my study next month.
If I still not developing Nougat for this device in more than 6 months, it surely have been abandoned.
Someone could develop Nougat for this device soon?

After SGA logo.... it become "distorted" screen... can't see antyhing.

no it doesn't boot i tried it after installing the rom
and the recovery is gone
I have been surfing and reading forums here but this is really my first time to post a thread and I do hope I did it at the right place and at the right time so I could somehow share my knowledge and enthusiasm in my own little ways. Anyways without further ado, I have successfully ported this phablet and as far as I am concerned I havent seen any bugs to date after trying my best to fix all the bugs I have encountered. Basically I have tried to port it Huawei EMUI v3 and it really was nicer than the boring Lenovo stock ROM though I am quite impressed on its performance. I just wanna know if I will be allowed to upload the ROM here before I do it since I am not a developer officially and I am just really inclined into these kinda stuff.
I have also done porting it to Android One but still fixing bugs though it booted up and I was able to use it but not flawlessly cause I was experiencing FCs and all. I hope I am very much welcome to the XDA family!
