Hi, just installed the rom from rooted stock with cwm recovery, to find myself sitting at the cyanogenmod boot animation for around 10 mins. does the system do this on first boot, have i missed a step, or have i messed installation up some other way?

Thanks, that link worked. Unfortunately, I'm an idiot and didn't RTFM. GSM doesn't work on the dual-sim model. If anyone knows a way to get this ROM or another kit-kat ROM working with GSM on the C1605, please let me know. In the meantime I downgraded to CM10.
Have you identified what is causing the camera bug?Is it framework or library package?
Is there any other camera app that works with cm 11?

There IS NO current CM10 support for Dual yet, there probably will be.
There is no JB 4.2 ROM for Tipo (Dual) yet, but FXP Team is working on it.
Just follow the thread, watch it, you don't have to be the 50th person posting about Dual sim version etc.
They're working on it, it's gonna take a while.
Tipo is still a brand new phone in my opinion, I don't mind waiting, do you?

No there is not a single rom for dual sim. Many people are asking for it so when it comes everybody will know.
You are not the only one waiting for custom rom. Check thread again after few weeks.

You can discuss bugs here but not report coz I don't think FXP Team is monitoring this thread...

Since I'm a new member currently I can't post in the Original Android Development forums, but instead I say it here:
first of all many thanks to Team FXP for bringing us CM10 and for maintaining it. My Xperia J is running like a charm with it and if you could manage to fix these bugs I'll be totally satisfied with it! :good:
Boot image corrupted
Display stays off during an incoming call
Baseband / Carrier information still "Unknown"
Headset / AUX connection via 3.5mm not working, instead directs to speaker
With FXP222 I only had the baseband / carrier issue so this is not a very good update.
I think GSM for E can be fixed by smail patching
need help.
Can someone tell me how to move clear notification button in the right corner?

OT: There are too many bugs in aosp sources of 5.0 only. I have omni sources, i will try it once it is nearly stable.

Quality is just fine. It cannot be improved further. You might wanna try other camera apps if quality of stock camera is not sufficient.

I recently got an old Xperia S from a friend of mine, which I would like to revive and upgrade to Lollipop. I do not need any files on the phone and think that I wont be needing the DRM files neither. What I need is root access and a good ROM (that's stable and supports all special features of the Xperia S).

I've been going with the first one, the nAOSP 5.1 ROM. Flashing and everything worked out just fine, but my wifi isn't working. I see the available networks and am able to enter my credentials but after that it just switches between "authenticating" and "connection beeing established". Did I miss out on anything here? What's my mistake? :angel:

I think the best idea would be to have a quick look through the last ten pages in the ROM thread and the q&a thread for the ROM to see is anyone else is reporting the same issue. That way you can be sure that the developers are aware and are working on the problem. If nobody else is reporting it then it's probably a good idea to report it yourself.

Have you ever converted your phone to GPE?? If so convert back to stock and flash again...
