Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
There is no forum specifically for the Lenovo S660 but you may want to ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. Since your device is not widely used, please be patient and give the experts plenty of time to respond.
Good Luck!

Hi there!
I'm afraid there seems to be no info or threads on XDA about your device. So unfortunately I have nothing too helpful to point you too.
This would be the best section to ask about your issue and device...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help
I can only say if it were me, I'd return my device to its stock firmware. That should fix it. Unfortunately XDA has no info about that tho. You may have to try Google.
Good luck! ?
Hi author...I have a micromax A116 which was perfectly fine 4.1.2, but I rooted it with framaroot some days back and it rooted nicely. So I flashed discovery ROM and things turned out wrong. I am also facing similar problems as the phone volume is very low and can barely hear anything. Also, I partitioned my internal memory so that I can increase phone storage. But after 2 days of flashing the custom discovery ROM, I found that my root is gone, now when I am trying to root again via framaroot, it gives me error #9 and so I am helpless. Please help me
I rooted my phone (4.1.2) with framaroot and then got CWM 6.0.3.3. installed. After that i flashed a rom signed by c mahendra based on 4.2.1, but i didnt like the rom, so got back to 4.1.2 stock by restore from SD card. Finally i saw a post on XDA where i found the discovery rom, now i want to keep the discovery rom as it is buttery smooth and most importantly it allows me to save games & apps on my SD card. however dissatisfactions occur as it clicks very crappy pictures, and audio is very low. barely can hear anything on the road. (even with the headset).
Is there any solution where i can get my phone rooted, audio increased and camera fixed (like 4.1.2) but with this discovery rom??
I did not get any upgrading after flashing, instead i was stuck with a problem where it was showing Encryption Unsuccessful and user data not accessible, then when i further restored the backup via SD card, the phone magically booted up after a long long time.
Did i lose my root due to changing the partition of the Internal 4gb MMC?
Please help me sorting out this problem. Stuck and fearful of bricking my device with further experiments.
Hi,
You need to ask this in the A116 dedicated Q and A thread over here:
> Legacy & Low Activity Devices > Micromax A116 > A116 Q&A, Help and Troubleshooting > [HELP THREAD]Ask Any Questions! No Question is Noobish [NOOB FRIENDLY]
Alternatively, if could also check out the farmaroot thread for instructions:
> XDA Community Apps > Framaroot > [ROOT] Framaroot, a one-click apk to root some devices
Good Luck!
Thank you. Thread closed!
Okay, I'm having some issues with my device being a Samsung Galaxy Avant. I have gained root access and TWRP as well as AOSP ROM flashed... Because who wants stock? So since I'm always looking for ways to make my phone better than the rest and with out spending an outrageous amount I ask how do I get more space on my device. I have a lot of music and new music is always coming in and while using a file manager works, it tedious and unsettling if something goes wrong. So I appreciate any answers or hints.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
To do this, you need to modify your fstab in your boot.img to be able to redirect internal storage to say, a second partition on your SD card. But it's messy (especially if the bootloader is locked), and full of considerations (e.g. puts extra load on a sensitive SD card).
At any rate, please go ahead and create an XDA account, so you can post in the rest of the site. Then, check out the following thread:

Hello guys! I'm in a bit of an odd situation here.
What is happening is that my Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has files, which are physically written in the internal storage, but with no way to access them.
Here's the picture: (can't post links...)
i.imgur.com/jyEUiSX.png
Here you can see that the disk usage analyzer detects those files, but when listing all files, it doesn't show them... causing the results to not add up.
Here's what caused it:
I was flashing an unofficial CM11 (the first one available for the AM7) that seemingly created a different partition for data storage, instead of using the one that the stock rom was using before. I moved my files there, but decided to restore my backup of the stock rom. But that cut access to that new partition completely, though the files themselves weren't deleted.
If anyone has a clue on how I can get access back to these files, input is greatly appreciated!

Hi Experts,
So this happened with me:
- Tried rooting my Android - Successful
- Installed Root Booster App - Successful
- Enabled Speed booster from the app - successful
- Phone Bricked after restart :X
It was in a boot loop. Just stuck there. So went to recovery mode and wiped cache and did a factory reset. Did not work. Still stuck in boot loop. After a deep thought, I decided to install a fresh firmware.
Specs:
- My Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo
- Model Num: SM-N750
- Firmware: N750XXUDPA2
- ANDROID: 5.1.1 (lolipop)
I did a fresh install of the firmware using the right tools and was able to get back my phone.
Problem:
Earlier, I got all gallery items stored in the SDCARD. I hid a few important items from general view by making a folder and adding all images in it, then made the folder hidden. Since I removed the SDCARD before formatting or installing the firmware, it was out all times. No chance of data lost.
However, when I try to access the same gallery now, it only shows the gallery items which were not hidden. I am not able to locate any of the hidden folders and images.
Since the images are very important, I hope you experts can help me out and point me in the right direction on how to restore them.
Please help!
Thanks!
Jas
