Hi Everyone,
Just installed Xposed on my Nexus 5 with stock 5.1.1 and im having some odd issues
Based on the flow chart posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/official-xposed-lollipop-t3030118
I went with the Arm7 5.1.x version of Xposed, found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/super-alpha-posted-permission-xposed-t3072979
I grabbed the actaul xposed app from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
I installed the xposed-v71-sdk22-arm-by-romracer-20150816.zip file first, then i installed the XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk installer

I now see that after i reboot to install a module, i get the "Android is Upgrading" screen where its installing all 130 apps again
If i reboot without installing a module and just do a simple reboot, i get "Android is Upgrading" 1 of 1 all the time
I did some searching and found other people with the issue, but no real solution
Is this just how it operates?
Does it always go through the Android is upgrading screen after a reboot? And when i actually install a module, does it always go through the 130 app reload? That takes like 25 minutes!
Theres also this fun part:
Thoughts?

Hi,
Can someone please check if you have Android System [UID] in your list of Root Permissions?
I just reloaded the stock rom and one of the permission request that popped up is Android System [UID]. : system_user_1000
I can't seeing this before...
This is normal? I've got Xposed Installed, in case that matters.

I am getting this on my Galaxy s 3 all of the sudden too. My note 10.1 however doesn't ask this. I wish someone had an answer
Are you using Stock ROM on your S3?
Anyone know how to fix this?

I've both flashed and installed the latest xposed files.
These are the files I used: Application v3.0 Alpha 2Framework 20150430 Alpha 4
I also clear both the cash and dalvik after flash. I also rebooted the phone after installing a module.
I'm running on the following firmware: D6601_23.1.A.1.28-R6C_CustomizedUK_XZDR 2.8.1.5 SuperSU2.46-Signed
Anybody?
I'm not rooted nor am I running xposed on my Z3 but have you tried this thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/z3-steps-xposed-t3070261
I HEAVILY suggest reading all 11 pages as there seems to be a few different ways supplied by different XDA members. Some ways can lead to bootloops if you do not follow instructions exactly. DO NOT just follow steps in original post without reading all pages.
(bumping threads 16 hours after your first post can get you in trouble with the Mods so be careful)
Good luck!
Thanks, manage to get help in the xposed thread, I was using an outdate version of the xposed app.
Hey there everyone! I being an avid user of snapchat for a long time and cannot live without rooting and installing xposed on my device i've had troubles with Snapchat not logging in. Hence, this guide.
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED -
A Device with root.
Xposed doesnt matter.
An app named Root Switch.
Get it here!
- METHOD -
1. Install the app

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2. Open it up and disable both root and xposed(if you have xposed)
Switch them off and re-boot your device
3. After re-boot, open snapchat and login.
4. Now you'll definitely be logged in.
Et Voila!
Do re-boot your device after logging in Snapchat so you get back root and xposed.
_____|||||---------
Thank me later! Go and login into snapchat!
Check attachment. I really have xposed installed and Snapchat working.
no longer works for me
No good
App is in Arabic, but it works! Thanks!
Perquisites
Must be rooted for substratum to work on Android 7.1.2 and below
The guide helps to fix the below shown issue

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Download this version of Substratum 950
Install the APK (if you have installed a newer version, then uninstall it)
Try to compile and apply a theme and it shouldn't reload or show the above annoying pop up
If version 950 doesnt work, then try version 930
If that too didnt work then try version 915 (Don't try any version below 915 since some themes may not work below version 915
(This is my first guide on XDA, so the guide formatting may not be correct)
Hope it fixes your problem.
Trying to update magisk via direct install using latest magisk manager v23 on rooted S10 on pie.

}
Install goes well according to this ^
But when I hit reboot, and then hold down power+bixby+vol-up to get back into root mode, it always gives this error when starting magisk app
So the update fails every time.
Since Magisk Manager v23 wont even show the current magisk version- upon downgrading to MM 8.0.7, we see that it never upgraded magisk past 19.4 (19302)
Also the "additonal setup" never completes when we try that from 8.0.7, fyi, and the Update button is greyed out too.
What is the next step to getting magisk 20.4+ working with a recent version of the app?
Thanks!
