Verizon Shipment Notice

Just received a shipment notice email from VZ stating that "Your Order has Shipped". Haven't purchased anything else from them, so it must mean only one thing Note that I pre-ordered within the first 15 minutes of the site going live (my order number is 94569). Shipping Carrier is FedEx.

My order number is 26292 ordered on 6/18. I guess the numbers mean little. No word on shipment yet. Supposedly on 7/10.

[Q] Ship by date Nov. 5th (US Nexus 5)

Does anyone have a ship by date for their nexus 5 purchase before november 5th? Just wondering because i ordered mine within a minute of going on sale and on that page it said shipping would happen in 1-2 days, but then on the email it said by nov 5th.

They always say that. Generally they quote by 5 days after ordering despite it saying shipping one day.

It's two different things though - November 5th is the date when Google estimates the phone will leave their warehouse. 2 day shipping is how fast it will take for the phone to arrive once it gets shipped.
Having said that, mine had Nov 5th date as well and it already shipped, so you might get an update sooner that you expect.

so on the email i got from google it says
"You've made a purchase on Google Play. You will not be charged until your order has shipped."
i checked the status, and it says pending, but the charged my bank account?? has been shipped already and i just have not received my email? i chose the 2 day shipping.

Same here. Said Nov 5th but I got a confirmation email 2 hours ago saying it shipped

When I placed my order it said it would ship by Nov 5th, but shortly after I got bumped to Nov 8th. Not sure what I did to piss off Google

What state do you live in? im in louisiana and havent heard yet

I had that then it switched to shipped and its arriving on Monday.

I'm in California and it's shipping out of Louisville, KY.

(Verizon) Note 5 Info. Shipping, bloatware, removed features, etc.

I figured I would start a thread for Verizon users to track any information for our version.
I preordered on the 14th. The money has been taken out of my account, but no tracking info yet. The preorder confirmation number doesn't show anything either.

I pre-ordered a 32GB model on the 13th because I only really keep some apps and my photos and videos I take on the phone. However, the next day I decided to pay the extra $96 to double the capacity. Fortunately the Verizon rep was able to change my order while keeping my place in line. I got the tracking info yesterday and like others, will be receiving mine on Tuesday.

I wonder if it will have the verizon stamp on the back

The S6 has it. The note5 will too and it's a big one!

I wish i saw this post sooner, i pre-ordered on the 13th and accepted the terms from the email. but that didnt work. so i called the number to accept and that now worked. Hope i get tracking info soon. so irritated

Oh man, we all know it will.
I'm more concerned with the apps and features that get stripped like the s6. Browser, etc..

Note 5 shipment

Has anyone received their shipment yet or have tracking info. An online customer rep told me that stores might not have stock for 2 weeks after the 21st and that they are only doing pretty orders and they will ship out Friday even though the release date is the 21st.

Yep guess I'll have to call and get a refund. Was overnight free or you just got lucky receiving it early. Like living close to the distributor. Thanks for letting me know

Overnight was free for me too and I got them to credit my account 24.99 for the overnight costs even though it was free. Ordered 64gb white so I'm hoping I get it tomorrow

Just got an update and I should receive it before 12 tomorrow. Pretty excited as I love the feel of the phone

I just added it to the cart and never got a back ordered warning?
Not like it matters for me - something is messed up in the TMOBILE Database and it shows I own my G3 and Nexus 6 for my line and won't allow me to upgrade online.
I have to go into the store and settle for what they have.
First time on a non pure android operating system - little worried.

T-Mobile's site typically says "back ordered" for pre-order devices since they're not officially in stock for sale until the release date. It said the same thing last year with the Note 4.

I did not have that problem at all I just ordered it and an hour later it was shipped I'll have it by tomorrow at lunch no problem

It was free.

I tried to get the shipping charges refunded in chat and he said they run free overnight promotions that are limited. He made a note on the account and instructed me to call the "telesales" team to see what they can do.

Walked into a Tmobile store last night and a hr later walked out with a white 32 gig. No shipping just gas money lol

360 cam promo

I just finished registering for my free battery and cradle, then I found out I was eligible for the 360 cam promo. My flyer I got from the t mobile store on my day of purchase said that deal expired on the 15th of april and I bought mine in the 16th. LGs website says you have until the 24th of April to purchase a G5 and and get the 360 cam.
So for anyone that recently purchased the phone from t-mobile, you still have a chance for the battery and the camera promo

T-Mobile.com should count as a "participating T-Mobile store", right?
The G5 is on backorder from T-Mobile, it could be up to a week before they ship. Hope I still qualify for all of the promos!

April 25th I got an email mine was approved. Have a tracking number now but just a label so far.
Just want to mention I was unable to do the monthly installment so I paid full price. I was concerned I might not be eligible.. Glad lg is taking care of a good customer [emoji1]

Just got an email from UPS to expect delivery by Friday, 5/20.

I got my package for my day 1 verizon G5 around last weekened. In addition to the battery, charging cradle, and 360 cam they also included a free super small micro to type C adapter plug. (less than 1")

Shipped with delivery date of 5/24 though.... Can't wait!

just got my confirmation and my expected delivery date is set for the 21st. still wish they had a B&O module for sale in the states tho lol

Received mine yesterday, and it's a pretty neat gadget. However I'm starting to realize you can't use it for anything practical as I have found no way to actually post 360 degree pictures or videos yet. Anyone have any ideas how?
