Guyss.. I made a Zip (base is a zip made by @bbek ) that change your Stock Touchwiz Icons like newly launched Galaxy s6.. all icons are extracted from S6... so it has a great looks...
I made it for stock rom, But you guyss can try it in any other stock based rom at your own risk
How to flash :-
1.download it from provided link
2.place it in Internal Sd Card
3.boot into recovery mode (custom recovery required, I prefer CWM)
4.wipe cache, dalvik cache
5.choose install zip from sd card
6.select the zip
7.install it
8.reboot
9.done
Hollaaa ... enjoy

just replace the original systemui.apk from jetmod rom zip file (into /system/app) and change permissions...or u can replace the apk in the theme zip and flash...

Try Rom Toolbox Pro for this job.
It is not a flashable zip. You need to manually install it using Bootanimations app
Put it in your sd card and in Bootanimations app (download it from Google play) click the zip and click install.

After installing bootanimations app open it
then go to local and find the zip in your sdcard (where you have downloaded it or put it)
click the zip file and click install
ur phone should be rooted for this

So I tried to flash on my active and everything keeps crashing.Do I need to do anything before I flash or wipe anything when done?Also does it change contacts or messaging? Those 2 keep crashing.I have a backup so I restored from that .
