Here's My Modded TwLauncher
Feature :
- Modded TwLauncher with TwLauncher 4.5 Settings
- Changed the Apps icon
- Stay in RAM !
- Uses Less RAM
- LagFree
- Support Landscape view
Steps to install :
- Download
- Put in SD or internal
- Open CWM or Stock Recovery ( Phone must be rooted )
- Choose the downloaded Modded Twlauncher
- Flash
- Reebot
NB :
* Make sure u backup ur Stock TwLauncher if u want to use it ...
* If ur ROM was Odexed please delete the Twlauncher.odex *if u want to use push to system/app method
*GINGERBREAD ONLY :beer:

this is launcher deodex.
if you use odex rom you must delete twlauncer.odex

If you have downloaded jellycreamrom. Get the apk's I told from system/app then push it to your rom system/app use Root explorer. Set permissions to rw-r-r then reboot. If you cant still understand. Just wait for kyrillos. I think he will make a flashable zip for this

Hi xda , here i got the galaxy note S memo flashable by CWM recovery for all android devices
Please try it and give me your feedback bec i tested it on limited no. Of devices
Steps :
1-download the zip file
2-put it in your mobile memory
3-reboot into recovery
4-choose install zip from sd card
5-flash the zip
6-reboot system
All done:laugh:
Changelog :
1-initial release
1.5-some changes in the updater script
2.0-Smemo is now installed as a system app

I hadn't try it on Gingerbread device so I don't know will it work or not so I recommend you to make a nandroid backup before trying it and if you tried it plz tell me if it worked

Nice. Hey, you think you could get S-Note from the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2012) working for all devices? I'm trying to use it on my Note 3. Didn't work out when I installed snote and snoteprovider apks.

Sorry, but not sure about this at all, its working fine BUT....
- from what ROM/Version is it?
- did you modify it and when, what did you modify to get it working without the TW-Framework? (Might be usefull for a lot of other TW-Apps...)
- why this Package-Name?

Ah ok, thanks man. I actually found out that the new S-Note doesn't suck so bad. The old features are just implemented and executed differently. Just gotta wait for my tablet to get its break of KK from Sammy boy.

that is possible because XPERIAZ2 did that so please FIRST go on his thread and give him thanks.
This is principally for NON-sony device, if u are on sony device, u could try these version (the one i use on my xperia tablet and that's all fine, and timeshift is working)
1) widget WORKING Do a backup, flash that in recovery
NB/ this is the last version : AR EFFECT V12
2) here it is the last APK take those you want : apk
NB : first time try without being connected on internet or it will maybe ask to update ar effect
STEP 2 HOW TO BE ALLOW TO HAVE UPDATE VIA PLAY STORE
1) in recovery flash this
2) on internet create sony account
3) install FIRST playstation store and LOG IN, after reboot and try install album and play memory
4) reboot and in accounts FIRST try add xperia play memory account (after try sony account)
5) reboot and try clean cache of google play store cache ect maybe dalvik and cache in recovery to be able to do update via play store.
Bonus : google camera 1.flash that 2.install that
WORKING ON : HTC, N2 N3 GS4 ..... ALL
actually used in UltraXperia™ rom
LOLLIPOP

use TWRP or just past it manually lol ^^ sorry script in zip is not my speciality, i know manually suck ^^ sorry bro :angel:

It tells me I need the latest version of AR and need to download it from the store. Can't download from market since no Xperia phone.

that spiderman effect is pretty awesome and great on htc m8.camera common force closes ,maybe he means to disable it in app manager or freeze it.

Please try it. JB 4.1.2 Is Api 16 abd this atleast needs 17.. But still you can give it a Try. I have updated the thread with version 2.

Can you post a mirror? When trying to download v2 Drive says too many users have downloaded the file and to wait 24hrs. A Mega link would be nice. There's an app for it.
