[Q] installed a rom and now i cant get apps

Anyone know why?

Does The rom youre using, sets your phone in " tablet mode" (do you have a differnt interface?)

This is the problem, OP download GooManager. Then download GAPPS and then flash it in recovery.

Codename I think, and I believe I did..away from the computer so not completely sure.

I found the zip, it's called RebelMOD_Codename_Android_3.6.6_evita

There a downloadable file with the necessary google apps bro. You forgot to flash them

that's what i think but he said earlier he flashed the one that came with the rom ??!

If that is the gapps, I'm fairly certain I did.
Edit: Going to redownload the ones from http://rootzwiki.com/topic/31532-gap...-package-1012/ and try again.

I'm sorry, what happened was that I did two roms, one to test your kernel and one with the stock kernel, and when I finished the v0.1 Prev forgot to put your kernel on that because I thought I had, sorry I will make a flashable zip with your kernel.
But wifi is Working i tested it

Yes, works as i tested it with a copy of Slimmy v0.1 Prev before upload, but i delete the copy and i forgot to include this in the original v0.1 Prev, maybe is the rom what you have tested, in one moment i'll upload the .zip with your kernel, wait

EDIT: it finally turn off , and i got an empty battery

Says in the op take the boot.img out of the zip and flash it using fastboot

when I try to unzip the file, it gives the archive corrupt error, this is the exact report:

do you have any idea why?
P.S. I downloaded the file multiple times and tried, always the same mistake.

I tried all servers now. some of them twice but no chance the zip's are broken - also the boot.zip is broken.

EDIT: Okay, here's the boot.img I am using that I rooted for the 1.40.401 base

sorry i aint been able to reply i had no phone either it went missing when i was working ill reload the file again sorry for the problem

Having problems with my host site, they say their servers been down because of an attack so im uploading using a different one will post soon has its done.
