I actually went on to the live chat and spoke to a rep there, he said that they've had an "unprecedented number of orders" since it went online and that they're "working hard to restock as quickly as possible." No ETA's though.

Not much from Toon around here, but always good to see a fella Geordie.
X style is too big for me plus the battery is 630mAh lesser. Only thing about it is Snapdragon 808 and 5.7 screen compared to SD615 n 5.5 screen.

I'd not go with a mediatek processor like in Redmi Note. Can't seem to trust it over longer period of time.
Asus Zenphone 2 with 4th is also a phone to consider.

Kind of off topic but those included Samsung headphones sound actually pretty good. I liked the ones that came with my S4, sounds much better than the usual crap that's included with phone purchases nowadays.

My S3 came with them. Actually right on AT&T site it says what's in the box and headphones are not listed. I thought it was kind of ridiculous since the phone wasn't cheap. That's ok though.

You say that but I may be forced to get a T-Mobile gnote3 because as of right now there are no unlocked non carrier phones compatible with USA lte. Hspa+ is decent in town, but I just moved to an apartment where the atnt hspa is barely acceptable for voice. Forget about decent data speeds. May as well be on sprint. My folks house is about a mile and they're slightly better than what T-Mobile and atnt are transmitting my area.
Thanks for the video and making me even more jealous. As for headphones, Verizon does NOT include them, hasn't the GS3, GS4, GN2, and NOT in the GN3. So yeah, we get screwed by the masters of CHEAP.

Well, how cheap is cheap?
I have no idea how things are done in the US, but here in Holland, when you buy a phone with contract, at the end of the line it's never cheaper than when you wait a couple of months (after the pre-order period) and buy an unlocked, unbranded one (after some research, since there are tons of online and normal shops to compare from)...
Off course that the pre-order period, is a totally different ball game.
I am exercising will power and not being in a hurry...

No chance of it soon officially in the UK as a dual SIM probably not until early 2015. Also watch out if you omport one - the LTE bands may only work on EE.
Reviews of the device have come up online. Most are in Chinese but that should be easily solved with some Translate.

Yeah, I don't think moto maker is worth $150, but I guess it depends on how much you like the custom design.
Bought mine via Amazon on 11/30 for $399 - chatted with them online and asked nicely and they gave me $42.50 refund - not quite the same price but close.

More a "tour" than a review. There are two kinds of testing, objective and subjective. The latter is more opinion which that video is. I want to see how S-835 and Exynos 8955 compare to each other and their predecessors, how the new Mali and Adreno GPU's stack up, how the new camera's compare to their predecessors and others on the market, battery life and charging time, and brightness and energy use of the new displays. GSMArena, Anandtech, and Notebookcheck are the best at those types of objective tests and they use the same battery of tests consistently across all the devices they test.

Or you wait three days from when you would have received your pre-order and go in to a T-Mobile store and pick it up there. The pre-order frenzy in the T-Mobile thread is farcical. In two weeks anyone (in the U.S.) who wants a S8 can have one. The amount of energy and time being consumed by some people to get the phone a couple of days ahead of launch seems kind of odd. The irony is, at least with the Note7, AT&T'rs got their phones via FedEx before 95% of T-Mobile'rs got theirs via UPS. And the latter had tracking numbers days earlier. To each their own.

Sorry but it's not a great review. The amateurishness of this guy is evident when he says that the samsung chip is even better than Apple's A10 fusion chip. Also adds a sardonic "sorry apple fans"
Obviously this guy is a novice. Because any reputable You tuber knows and as seen in many videos,the iphone 7 plus wipes the floor with Samsung Galaxy S8. He sounds like a very obvious paid reviewer for Samsung.
Don't get me wrong. I have preordered the S8+. But let's be real here. In terms of sheer performance and optimization, no one can touch the iphones.
