Since a couple of days, I've got this bug on snapchat :
When a friend send me a video, I open it, the screen goes black and all I've to do is kill the app to get back in it. (For information, the friend is not trolling me, because there isn't any timer circle).
I got another bug too, when a video appear on instagram, it doesn't load, I've got the same issue on 9gag with the gifs.
Does anyone have the same issues? I read a lot on this problem but I only found some 2013 topics on xda forums.
Just for information I tried to re-install the app, but it doesn't change anything.
I'm running a oneplus one, without changes. (Not flashed, ...)

I apologize in advance if this is something that is well known to all the people who can use the search engine on the forum, but I haven't seen anything like that in the postings i have read so far.
Some time today, I have got this problem that I am eager to solve. I just got my Fuze on Tuesday, so over the last couple of days I have installed a large numbers of .cab files. Apparently, after one of this installations something have changed, and on my Today page there is a white shade of the man's head (if you go to Contacts tab, for the contacts, for which you have no picture, you will see a smaller version of it)
So, my question is whether there is a way to remove it from my Today page

Looks like a regular wallpaper to me. Try to change it in TouchFlo: Settings->Wallpaper and choose something different... or restore it to default.

Thanks, guys. Indeed the problem was solved by setting the wallpaper to default. Once again thanks a lot for your help - it is my first WM phone, so I am still learning

Hi,
I found this morning that I can no longer see my newspaper in full screen when holding my transformer in portrait mode.
I cleared the cache, factory reset my device and even installed the new PressReader for Honeycomb app from the market.
Nothing to do, I only see the newspaper zoomed out... I'm pretty sure I was able to see it fullscreen before...

I have a B50 transformer running Android 3.2.

I made more tests with my tablet this week-end and found an interesting behaviour.
Issues of "Le Soleil" prior to July 18th are correctly formatted and displayed in full screen in portrait orientation. On July 19th and on every following issue, the problem exists.

I forwarded the information to Newspaper Direct, which replied :

Yes, I have the same problem with my device which started today after updating to HC 3.2. - I thought it was HC 3.2. related, but apparently not.
I subscribe the Guardian and some Finnish newspapers (Iltalehti, Kauppalehti) and all of the newest numbers are too small in portrait mode just like in your screen caps. Used to work fine yesterday.
This morning, my newspaper is displayed correctly!
I received an email from them yesterday saying that they were forwarding my screen captures to the development team.
I think the right thing to do would be to report any problem to Newspaper Direct, as they seems to be listening to feedback.
OK thanks, I'll do that. PressReader is definitely one of my most favorite apps on the Transformer, so I hope it will be fixed soon.
Problem solved !
Since this morning, my newspaper was displayed in full screen, I deleted an old issue and download it again. This old issue is now displayed in fullscreen.
So, whatever was causing my problem was on the Newspaper Direct server and it is now corrected.
I'm glad it is now fixed...

All my newspapers are still "semiscreen", not fullscreen (please see the screen cap in the first post). I've tried deleting all newspapers, clearing all data / cache, uninstalling and installing the program again, but nothing helps. To add to the misery, PressReader guys haven't replied to my email where I described the problem and asked for help.
Not very happy with the customer service, I guess the only option is to cancel my subscription because 29€ a month is too much if I can't see the papers in full screen.
Has anyone else had this problem / do you have any tips?
Unfortunately, the problem is back for me too. The developers of PressReader are aware of it and told me that it was escalated to the right department and that they want to correct it.
Sometimes, it takes more than one mail, but they always reply to me. I used the feedback button in app for the first communication.

OK, thanks for the info! Good to hear that they are working on it. Actually there was one day the papers looked normal for me too, but the very next day they reversed to abnormal again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a quick solution.
So a few days ago something very weird happened to my phone. I opened up YouTube to listen to some music while on the bus and got a weird error saying "There was a problem playing, tap to try again". So I tapped and the same error came up. I gave up and went to my Google play music app and found that no music will play. Later I went on Baconreader, Snapchat, and Facebook where I can't watch videos and can't take videos on Snapchat. I can take pictures on Snapchat but not videos. When I click on a story the story closed as if I quick tapped to skip the video. Also if anyone calls me I can't hear them talk, I'm not sure if they can hear me though. So far I tried updating my software which I have been avoiding for about a week, no solution. I tried clearing my entire cache, didn't fix it. I really really really don't want to restore my phone because I really hate doing that and having to deal with it. And so far Google hasnt been much help. Can anyone give any insight to what's happening here? Also, the phone is not rooted and no custom roms, stock.

I,ve tried to find some topics about the issue here, but no luck. When i take a picture in whatsapp, it could take over 10 to 20sec before is shows the photo and lets you send it. I believe this is since A12.
Some say that clearing cache of whatsapp ect would work but is only temporary.
you could just select the normal camera app, in whatsapp, but thats not realy an solution, and take a few more steps.
Does anyone have found a solution for it?>

Hi to everyone. I will make short this expaining of my problem as much as its possible. So, open instagram and go in instagram story, than appears on down side so big black empty place. When post something, everything looks like its croped or zoomed in. Not in full original size. And when i switch accounts, go on second one and come back again on my main account, that black empty space is gone and finally my story appear in fully original size. And that stay only until im there in app. When i exit once than need again to switch accounts until black space remove. But because its anoying to do that everytime when i wish to add something on my story, i want to ask you guys does anyone of you have same problem like i have and does anyone have solution for solve this problem? I tried with reinstall app, restart phone, tried different versions(btw my current version is 179.0.0.26.132 bcs that is last perfect version for me and on newer version whole application is smaller and dont show on full size screen and that really pissed me off when looks like i look in old Sony Xperia z5), tried with change resolution but nothing help. You all guys can see clearly what is problem on video below. If anyone have any suggestion or know how to solve this anoying problem, please write below. Thanks
