I have a galaxy s6 edge, please guts help change my boot animation.
It's a sprint phone. I've manually put the custom boot "bootanimation.galaxys3.zip"
It's an iron man boot.
I've changed it to "SPR_ &/or VMU_bootsamsung.qmg" no luck.
I've changed the power on & off audio without a problem. But this... Omg!!!
My phone is rooted no custom ROM.
Please explain in detail if possible I'm a newbie at this. I've been wanting to change my ROM but fear I'll fail and phone will mess up I can't use tw something for back up because Supposedly it's still unsupported for this phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!
Thank you for taking time for reading and helping!!!

Hi sorry to ask such noob questions but I have just purchased my first Samsung device the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime SM-S820L Straight Talk and I am trying to figure out how to create or get a copy of a stock recovery image it is my understanding that this model is fairly new so there is not much around specific to his model of phone and I have only manged to find a handful of posts on this device, what I need to do is make a stock recovery img then root then install xposed framework so that I can change the "Rom Status" on my phone back to "official" after root changes it to "custom" so that I can still recieve the OTA lollipop update when it is sent out, but to do this I need a recovery first in case any issues arrive any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I have been researching this whole thing for days to no avail and would really like to get this done, thanks so much for your help in advance and again sorry for the noobish post.

Hello XDA-Developers (forum), community!
I am currently experiencing problems, with my Samsung Galaxy S5; with rooting and installing a custom operating system onto the phone.
I would request for an experienced user, to assist me with a tutorial for rooting my phone; as well as installing 'Cyangen Mod'onto it. I have not encountered this problem before, nor have I attempted this before.
I have not manipulated the phone's ROM,flashed the phone;nor edited the kernel of the device.I have encountered a problem with the rooting process, as I have trouble-shooted and discovered a reason for the phone's BOOTMANAGER; failing to function and operate correctly, as intended. I think that a possible Virus/Spyware has prevented the phone from booting. I am really confused, stressed and have lost countless hours of precious sleep u .u
Any help will be appreciated, I will be willing to answer any questions; which anyone my have, to assist me with my problematic situation.
Thank you for reading
Yours Faithfully

Hey guys,
So I got this tablet and the rom on its so bad that you can't even change the lock screen picture. Long story short, I was wondering if there was anyway to root it since there are no guides so I can try and make a rom for it. Any help would be appreciated.
