Hi, Im very lost in rooting my device of a Samsung Galaxy S3 SPH-L710...I tried rooting my device following steps on the forums for samsung galaxy s3's and everything was going right until I downloaded TWRP and I ended up on booting into TWRP and I tried to reboot and now it says I have , "NO OS"......So just to see what happens I rebooted different ways on TWRP and now it gets as far as showing the Samsung Galaxy SIII logo and stays on that screen until I take the batteries out and the only way to get on any screen is pushing Menu button, Volume and On button to get into TWRP... :crying: .Im totally lost..please tell me I didnt brick or something of no return...I dont care if i Factory Reset...I just wanted it to root and work for me..... :crying: .please help if possible...or any advice what to do next???

Ok Here the thing my S2 GT-I1900G was broken well my mistake because during installing a rom in recovery it failed and i just reboot it like that and another thing is there is no backup/stock rom in the internal sd because my brother deleted it.Later on,the phone became soft bricked but i used the same method to fix it with using odin but doesnt work? it stuck at boot loop and stay like that,i flashed stock rom and alot of things to try to fix it based i found on google but still doesnt find a way.And delete dalvik caches also doesnt work i hope u can help me figure this out.
Hi,
You can ask for help here,
> Samsung Galaxy S II I9100 > Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Just be sure to specify your exact model number, as that's the forum for i9000. But yours is covered in that section too. And don't ever flash anything that wasn't made for your exact model also.
Good luck!

hi all
would anyone be able to assist?
my phone GT-I9300T won't boot past the "samsung galaxy s3 GT-I9300T" screen.
i dont want lose anything as i have lots of stuff already on there that i havent been able to backup with titanium yet..
i have my phone rooted and i have tried clearing both caches via CWM but no luck
i will pay someone $200 USD if they can assist me even via skype
thank you
i'm located in australia with 4.1.2 jellybean on vodafone stock rom
the phone turns on automatically when i insert the battery, i can also get into download mode... but im very worried about reflashing to stock or 4.3 and whether it will make me lose all my data from apps and sdcard..
im happy to pay a fee as long as i dont lose any data on my sd card
basically i did not do anything to my phone today and suddenly after taking a photo, my phone came up with the "samsung galaxy s3" screen which is the first screen that comes up before the galaxy s3 and that was it. i have CWM installed and cleared both caches (partition + d) and fixed permissions with no luck
i cannot mount /system though? does that mean anything?
i have soft bricked my galaxy s2 previously and flashed it with the original rom and it saved everything on there. i would really like to achieve the same thing with this, doesnt matter which rom but i'd prefer a stock s3 4.1.2 or 4.3 rom but really dont want to lose anything..
again i'm happy to pay if you can assist as long as i dont lose my data (critical), would you like to PM me your skype id?
if ANYONE can help, please pm me their skype ID or at least reply here
i will be happy to pay you, i just need to get out of bootloop and retain my data
please.
can someone confirm that i will not lose my data if i flash a version cyanogenmod from 4.1.2 stock?

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. It's always good to know how to return your Samsung device to stock using odin. And it sounds like you're in that position now. See this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2605812 Also, for further help see your device's specific forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-sprint

I'm trying to figure this out, but I'm getting tangled up in my underpants. I just want to salvage my old Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510. It is old and slow and stupid. I've managed to put TWRP 2.2.0 on it, but that is it. I try to find a nice new shiny ROM, but get overwhelmed quickly. I thought I found one, but it needs a newer TWRP to install it, which I can't seem to find. Can someone just point me to a working TWRP (or CM) and a ROM that will work on this old tab? I will try to install them without asking too much help. Although I'm not sure when to and when not to check USB debugging box during the process. Anyone, anyone? Thanks.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
An update reliant (to the point of bricking otherwise) on a stable internet connection? That's weird, and just asking for trouble...I can see how I've avoided the smartwatches to date. :silly:
At any rate, please register for an XDA account, so you can post in other forums, then add a post to this thread (explaining your predicament):
> Samsung Galaxy Gear > Galaxy Gear Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [HELP THREAD] Any problems? Ask here!
Hope this helps, and good luck!
