I use this daily, very clear, shows off my white phone well. Cut outs are good, buttons are good, it's very slim too.

how long do you have it so far?
doesn't it turn yellow after few months?
I've had it for over 2 months now, no yellowing at all, still very clear.

I'm using the Ringke fusion clear http://www.amazon.com/Galaxy-Case-Protection-Protector-Absorption/dp/B00T6RRXIU It's a really good case with coverings for the earbud and charging port as well. No yellow tint so far and i've had it on daily for about a month a half now.

I just got mine last night. Pretty happy with it as well. Big plus that it has the port to let the TV antenna extend.

They must have a second model for Japan/Korea.
This one isn't so bad, the case is thick enough and the port recessed enough that you can't damage the phone even if it lands directly on the port. (Unlike the case on my S II which the one time I dropped it magically aligned to come down perfectly on the antenna corner)

would anyone happen to know if this case or the Neo Hybrid case is bigger or not? I have the neo hybrid and I plan on getting a smaller slimmer case if there is any out there. Curious to see if the slim armor is it.

The Slim Armor is thicker then the Neo Hybrid. The frame around the sides of the phone are not much different but the Slim Armor does add more to the back of the phone.
I have the blue version. It hasn't seemed to pick up any severe scratching to this point.
Goes reasonably well with the Blue Arctic phone color.

On mine, the Metal slate one, I have noticed where the edges bend up are getting small hairline scratches. When I looked at my wife's blue one, it didn't look to have any scratches, but she's a lot more careful with hers, mine sits on a hard desk all day long.

I had the metal slate for my iPhone 5 and that thing got scratched up easily just by being in my pockets and placed on tables. I never even dropped it.

i had the neo hybrid as well and didnt like it so i ordered this, so far i love this doesnt add too much bulk its not maximum protection but protects the edges and the back.

i don't know if anyone's mentioned this already, but i just came across what i think are the knockoff versions of the slim armor case:
I got the limited edition GlasT and Black Slim Armor about two weeks ago and I have to say it's really nice but I ordered it direct from the company instead of Amazon just because of the deal. $40.00 free shipping for the both of them and yes the glass adds a little weight to it but "worth every penny", I've never had a screen protector that felt this good and without flaws.

Can the back cover be replaced with a Nexus 5 style back cover (if available)? Or are there thin stickers that can instill more grip (e.g. sandpaper finish)?
I got the darker version and yeah, the back is kinda slippery. I also looked for backstickers, like what slickwraps and dbrand are offering, but I didn't find anything.
Today I ordered the official xiaomi plastic cases and I'm curious how thick it will make the Mi4C. Maybe still thin enough that I'll keep it...
I have to admit, I am happy I ordered a case with the phone, in my situation, the Nillkin Frosted Shield. Big improvement, but if dbrand had something, I would be happy!

I did he same as TheNacho. I bought a Nillkin Frosted Shield and I really like it. In my opinion the case is very thin and gives it a good grip, it also feels like a good quality case with perfect fit.
It do also give a small small edge around the screen, which covers the screen a little bit if you put the phone down with the screen downwards (or if you drop it)

I once bought a 0.3mm ultra-thin case for my Mi4. But it broke pretty soon... maybe 0.3mm is just too thin, I don't know

I've already forgotten the hardcover Yeah, I had both. The hardcover began pretty fast to crack at the corners (because of the pressure?).
The TPU was a bit more stable, but it began to crack near the headphone jack after a while.
@rob rich got it today (came in 3 days) and its bulkier than the image on ebay. The back is not completely transparent like the rest of the case but a foggish white. But I can grip it easily and thats good for me.

So you're not happy with the Nillkin case you got? I would suggest taking a look at AliExpress or eBay, loads of cases available there and I'm sure you'll find something good.

I drop phones but not too much so I always buy a case. O didn't use the mi4c for 2 weeks because my case wasn't here but had to use it in the end.
Anyway, I ordered last month and its still not here yet. Looks slim but won't know till it gets here

Does it fit good?
Hey all! I am almost ready to buy the Mate 9 and I was would like to know if anyone has it in black color along with the UAG case.
Design-wise, the case itself seems to be a little over the top for my taste but since it's semi-transparent I was wondering if the black color of the phone tones it down a bit.
Any feedback is welcome (maybe along with some photos if anyone actually has the combination? )!

I actually use just 2. I switch between the UAG one and the Spigen one. The Spigen one is a lot thinner but the UAG is good too. Gets more attention. Lol

I have read mixed reviews about the Spigen case, some say it's great, others that it's flimsy. What's really weird though is the fact that there is no case for the Mate 9 on the official Spigen site! I think I will go with the UAG case, it's a big and quite expensive phone to risk dropping it...

It is strange. I never saw it on their site either. I got mine on Amazon.... Unless it's a fake lol. Heres a pic of the Spigen. I actually like it a lot. I don't find it that flimsy though but I guess everyone has different preference. The Spigen definitely gives it the Blackout look

On the UAG, it's much higher which makes it much more protected than the Spigen. The Spigen also has a lip but not as high. Still good though. I do notice the Spigen has a lot more room for the screen protector edges than the UAG one which gets a lot closer.

1) Brotect Airglass
2) Supershieldz Tempered Glass
3) Nillkin Tempered Glass

Actually, I wish I knew too. I still have the original screen protector on when I got my Mate 9. I've wanted to move to Tempered Glass but never knew which one to get. If u do find one, keep me posted too

Well, since I am probably going with the UAG which has more protection, I will first check the Brotect Airglass which is thinner (and hopefully less likely to peel along the UAG case?). If I decide to go with Spigen or Ringke (I like the Ink Black), I will problably check the Tempered Glass options.

The pzoz screen protectors are pretty good as well. Cheap to at about 3 bucks a piece.

It's been quite a long time I'm having honor 8. All this i have used the same silicon case, which is weird and dirty now. I really hate it now. In Saudi it's quite hard to get any honor accessories. And on the internet we just see small reviews from the buyers(useless).

I use the Spigen Rugged Armor case. Works well, but blocks one of the speaker holes. This doesn't matter to me as I never use the speakers anyway.

I haven't come across any cases that protective for this phone. The most promising one I found (based on previous experience with the brand) was this:

I hope you like it. The quality is much better than other cases I've tried but I would prefer that it was a bumper case all around rather than just in the corners. It provides a comfortable grip though which is nice.

They do and I normally buy two or three at a time and swap them out when they yellow. But this phone is so gorgeous it deserves a clear case.

Forgot to post that I've received the iMak clear silicone case and it's exactly what I've been looking for. Fits perfectly without adding too much bulk and most importantly protects the screen and corners.

All the cutouts align perfectly. It's the best clear case I've used for this phone, most of the others don't protect the screen.
