If I have a flashable zip file, like a custom rom. Can I simply extract it with windows zip utility, and then create another archive (zip) again the same way? Are there specific custom settings that I would need to set in order for it to be flashable within clockwork recovery?

Is there anyone that can make an apk from a zip if i email it to them, and then include that apk in a flashable zip? I am unable to do any of that at work.
Hello I am trying to create and flashable .zip file that alters just the Audio file. Can I create a zip file that can be flashed on any rom? I want to replace the Audio file with my own in system/media/audio.

If I put the META-INF file into the zip Does that alter the rom META-INF when someone flashes it?

Flash this using CWM.. It will replace the orignal camera and gallery. Or if u dont wanna replace just try Installing apks from the zip file. I recommend you to install it manually as 3rd party app. Do not flash it first. If installing apk's doesnt work then just flash it via CWM recovery. Enjoy!

Just flash the zip through recovery...before backup your old seccamera and its odex file..:laugh:delete its odex file if you get any problem.
