Hello everyone!
So today I rooted my SHIELD Tablet using kingroot , it went so well until I needed to restart my device to replace kingroot with SuperUser.
The app SU told me if I had any custom bootloaders like CWM , there were to options normal and CWM so I chose normal then the app SU told me to reboot so I did but then when my SHIELD Tablet boots up I am stuck at the loading screen where the NVIDIA Logo shows and under it , it says POWERED BY ANDROID.
So I search the web for this problem and some people say that I need to install a new recovery image but I really don't know how to do that even if the instructions are there.
Anyways now when I hold the POWER button with the Volume down button at the same time it goes to the bootloader which says locked. When I head into Recovery Mode it says No Command.
I am really confused now and I really want to solve this problem.
Thanks for reading

So, my phone was stuck in No Command bootloop. I’ve done the power+volume up and had cleared cache and even done a factory reset. Those did nothing and my phone is still in stuck No Command loop. I think I’ve made it even worse by trying to Flash Recovery and Reboot options in the Nexus Tool Kit because my phone won’t even get to the No Command screen. It just turns on and turns off after Google comes on. Currently it stuck in that loop and only stops once the battery is completely drained. Also i have tried using power + volume up and it doesn't help . Please help

As you've upgraded to lollipop ?? You came from a custom rom ?? Enters the bootloader?

with wugfresh nexus root toolkit click on the button "soft-bricked"(flash stock + unroot) or something like that to restore the phone. After that try another time to unlock and root with a custom recovery (for example twrp).
When nexus root toolkit installing the original lollipop rom, look the "dos window" to see if the software shows errors, because sometimes the process ends without a real restore.
If you have other problems, please post a screenshot.

After that, my phone wont turn on and even wont reboot, but I can enter droidbot and recovery but cant reboot .. So today after a doctors appointment i checked my phone to see the time. when i got home my phone was stuck in the google screen. i waited for about one hour as i had to go some place else. when i came home the phone was still in the google screen. at this point i could still go in to recovery mode. i searched a bit on the internet and then flash+unroot from the nexus toolkit from the stock 5.0.1 that i had to the stock 5.1.1 . it still didn't open. i searched some more and I found that i needed to enter recovery mode and wipe everything off. i tried making a backup with the toolkit but it didn't work. then i tried going to recovery mode and it also didn't work. next i tried to flash a 4.4.4 version as i saw it worked from someone but it is stuck at the point "waiting for device" .
i don't know what to do. please help me fast , i need to leave town in 4 days and i don't have time to take it to service and i don't have a back up phone either.
your help would be much appreciated
edit: when i try to enter recovery now the phone shuts completely down
edit2: my nexus toolkit apparently didn't flash properly so atm i have no os on my phone. (it is confimed by a twrp recovey i booted with the nexus toolkit) i am currently struggling to find out how to install and os without recovery mode or toolkit, help would be appreciated
edit 3 : if anyone is reading this, i manage to boot a recovery image but it only shows an android robot with a red exclamation mark, i cant use adb commands, it says device not found, still don't know what to do
if i try to install os with a flash-all.bat it says failed remote flash write failure, same as with the nexus toolkit
if i try to wipe cache from the trwp recovery it says taht i cant mount any partition so i think my memory drive is busted
Hello, thank you for using XDA Assist.
Try asking for help HERE and the Nexus 5 experts will help you there.
My guess is that you need to unlock the bootloader to use the flashall.bat
Have Fun!
Hey guys, I've got a Kyocera Brigadier and I decided to change the runtime from Dalvik to ART. Now the phone is stuck on loadscreen and I don't know how to fix it. The phone is rooted using the KingRoot app, but I don't know if that would help in any way.
Please help me guys!
Similar Issue
I am have a very similar issue, I also rooted my Brigadier with Kingroot and all went well. However, I attempted to flash the Xposed Framework onto it using Flashify. After doing such it got stuck in a bootloop, I was able to fix that problem by booting into fastboot mode and using fastboot to push stock firmware back onto my device. However now I have an even bigger problem where my phone boots up to the Powered by Android screen and then to the Kyocera screen, however instead of continuing to boot to the Verizon Wireless screen and then into the phone, it gets stuck at a black screen. I have tried waiting for hours and nothing at all happens, also I can no longer seem to boot into fastboot mode or in other words the Powered by Android screen with the little 1 in the top left corner of the screen. Fastboot nor ADB recognizes the device when plugged into my computer, as neither list anything when ran. Please help, I don't want to have to pay and end up sending my phone into Verizon to be unbricked.

I have the same problem. I bought a new a Brigadier that was on 4.4.2. I rooted with Kingroot ran update and now my phone will not boot past Kyocera screen. It goes black with the back light on. Did factory wipe and still nothing. I am shocked that KK has killed yet another phone of mine. I very much dislike KK ROM. What did you find out?
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.
It from about two or three months I became an "Android modder", when I installed CyanogenMod13 on my Samsung Galaxy s3, just because I had the JelllyBean version of the system and I wanted to switch to a newer one.
But the problem came when I tried to put Marshmallow on my Motorola Xoom2 (3G z616), that had an IceCream SandWich Android version.
After a few tries I discovered that my tablet as an unlockable bootloader, but the damage was already done.
This afternoon I wiped the all to factory settings, but the problem wasn't resolved.
Tecnically my tablet works fine, I rooted it using KingRoot app and installed SuperSU for root permission management.
But the problem is that everytime I shutdown or reboot my tablet, it automatically enters AP Fastboot Mode.
That's not a big problem, I just have to click the power button, then enter the choose menu between Normal, Recovery, and a few other startup types. It's just very annoying. And if my mother or someone else as to use it, he/she doesn't know how to powerup the tablet.
Does anyone now how to solve it, I mean, how to not enter fastboot mode each time I shutdown the tablet?
Thanks to everyone!!
