Try looking in Galaxy Core SAMSUNG-SM-G360V and/or [Q] Samsung Galaxy core prime SM-G360H country locked and/or [Q] Root for Samsung Galaxy Core Prime G360F

Here is a help thread for your device. It would be a good place to ask that question in!

Hello.
Recently it has appeared in my cellphone a message that tells me that I should 'uninstall service comander'. My question is: should I do it or is it possible to be a virus?
The message appear as following:

Hi,
This thread is from the Samsung Galaxy S4 section, but it's all I found on this on XDA. It appears to be malware installed by another app you probably installed.
> Samsung Galaxy S 4 i9500, i9505, i9505G, i9506 > Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Install "SERVICES COMMANDER ANDROID"?
If the suggestions there don't help, you can try a google search on it...... Or you can let us know your device make and model number and we can point you to your device section for help.
Good luck!
I recently received a brand, spanking new Teclast X98 Air III Dual Boot (Android 5.0 & Windows 10) 64GB Tablet. So far I love the responsiveness. I'd love to Root the Android partition. Just trying to get a thread started for other Air III aficionados to share tips and tricks as well as Rooting the tablet and custom ROM development. Any input or comments welcome!

If I remember correctly, someone flashed Air II/3G ROM on it and it worked fine. You might wanna check out Mirek190's Lollipop ROM thread.
Edit:
here is the post, check out the thread too.

I have been looking to install some custom rom for my unit but for some reason, I can't find an exact resources for my specific unit and I am kind of confuse of the difference between On7 prime and J7 prime... are the custom firmware here compatible to both? or only to the latter? How can I find th appropriate custom rom on my device if there is one?

No, is not compatible. different chipset.
The On7 Prime, has Snapdragon 625 chip.
The J7 Prime, has Exynos 7870 chip.
Therefore your device is the On7 Prime and you must install On7 Prime ROMs only.
