Can you use the search function? This has been answered over and over and over again in many different threads (a good start is looking through the [GUIDE] threads in Sensation General)

Ok the best way is to find and push RUU to your HTC DESIRE 601.

Sorry, I'll close this thread because I'm not here for troubleshooting but to give direction or links.
But I can only say that if you can wait an hour, you'll see to this thread =>HTC Desire 601/HTC Zara - room, root, mods some files that can help you for solve your problem.
And about your problem, the best solution is to push and flash a RUU completly, not only some files.
But it's just my advice

It seems is not working because I don't have original Rom
You can ask in some gsm service. In my area it cost about 30 euros.
I asked at sunshine help irc - they don't support desire 820...
