Backlight Stays off after calls
I flashed the ROM and liked it. But there is a problem. After the calls the screen stays dark (back-light stays off) but you can see and use with poor visibility. If you switch off the screen and then switch on everything back to normal. Is anyone having same problem?

It is a problem of all S6 porting rom. For now there are no solutions.

Great ROM. In fact, it is the first S6 port that is really working, and I tried them all. One thing I recommend: put KT apps as user apps, not system. That would be cool.

For now you only can download from the store

First of all i work for fix bugs in call black screen because the sensor don't work normally end the s view cover don't work after reboot you must remove end put back on for work

This is the best fix for that until another can be put in place, use Velis Auto Brightness, it will also help get back battery life.

and what does it do? keeping your phone on auto-brightness all the time with no issues? and what if you want to use a specific brightness level can you use that instead of having it all the time set to auto? cause i mostly use 30-50% of brightness depending on the light situations that i am in

In your services.jar must be removed the signature verification application and take apk from my zip.

Of course I had to delete my service.jar and set your zip file. But still hanging. I have to replace my services again. By the way. Mode settings in UPSM stopped. Is there any way to fix it?Thank you.

Much work was carried out for upsm in my services . Most likely conflict framework associated with different regions of the firmware.

It works fine on FF roms. Try to reset the app or replace the apk yourself.

Hi i wanted to thank you for your work . I also flashed the settings mod . Everything works perfectly but wifi . Whenever the wifi is connected and i open the wifi tab it says force stop. This happens while connected to wifi . Is there any solution to this ?

Actually I never use any MIUI rom. But read many feedback about MIUI in XDA. I always like to use any TW based rom in any samsung device. Now I want to flash a full S8 port rom with stabilty,and good battery backup. And my searching for the same is going on.

BTW, what about the battery life of MIUI ?

I'm happy flash and replace roms. This current rom (may be long with this because it is as expected)
Rom sac23 port s8. Kernel moro 1.6.2 with some tweaks. I hope (and indeed already) can live longer battery for work, browsing, less video. I'm not intense to games and music. And wow, battery life is really amazing

I`ve followed this rom. Really good feedback from users. I`m waiting for this rom with RC. I love customizations .
BTW, I`m using Sperman Rom (V.2.5.0) with superstock kernel right now. Excellent performances with good battery life. Using this one with S8 apps and SonyMusic_with_SSE&ViperAudio sound mod. Good. :good:

I'm on khongloi s8 ported rom v2 + viper with Dolby Atmos, YouTube with no ads and background playback + stock s8 theme . Battery life is great..almost 6 h sot...with WiFi on , GPS, + 2 hr of playing games and mobile data on.

Thank you for the reply, Ill test it with the Spacelemon kernel tonight, hope the modem will not mess with the phone.

No galaxy apps on rom and cannot use theme store. Seems very outdated comparing with other roms. It is fluid though and fingerprint works like a charm.
Keep up the good work and try to update it with newer touchwiz and I will give it a try again. :good:

So, did you create every single mod in this rom from scratch? Including the rom control? You wrote the code for over 3000 mods?

Its a nice rom mainly battery life is an amazing.But i am facing a number problem with this rom such as can not install good lock ,clock face etc.Please can you advice me to resolve these problem?

The reason i asked is if he did create all those mods by himself then he is the one of the best devs on this forum
If he didnt, he needs to add credits to all the peoples work he is currently using in his rom. Otherwise he is basically kanging - E.g i see 3minit is in the rom...any mention of gharrington the creator in the op? Nope..
