Hi.
I have the Audio Technica AT2020 with a USB connection and I want to connect and use the microphone with my Z3.
What adapter should I use? And will it reduce the sound quality?
Thanks!
Otg cable from say monoprice. I just hooked my usb mouse up with my otg cable and voila-instant onscreen mouse. Should work.

Hi guys,
Is it possible to have audio over usb on Infuse 4G?
The HDMI adapter works halfway (it needs external power).
My goal is to connect my phone to my stereo and charge it with single usb cable.
I am iPhone user and I have a single cable for charging and audio for it.
I don't have bluetooth on my stereo, so my only option is AUX.
Please, advise!

try xcaliburinhand's and ytt3r's dock sound redirector. the home dock does this and so does the car dock but only with the respective desk home and car home app or dock sound redirector from the market. you may need to simulate the dock with a resistor between 2 pins. i have to look up which ones and the resistor value needed.
Thing is I have an old TV with a DVI connection - I have put an HDMI Convertor on it and it woks fine with my laptop - so with a laptop I output the video via the HDMI cable to the television and stick an audio cable in the headphone socket and get the sound through my hifi.
Someone tried it for me just using a HDMI to HDMI and no sound came from the headphone jack however I wondered if because mine was not "true" HDMI it might work?
Will an android tablet do this?
So I got micro to usb adapter and I already use a keyboard on it. However, to connect more than one device I read that I need a powered usb hub. Is this true? And also, because the mic only works with a headphone/mic jack, could i plug an external soundcard into my adapter and then plug a standard headset with a mic cord and a headphone cord in and use it?
What do I need to do to get all these to work on my fire?
1) Mulitple usb devices connected and working
2) A regular headset with a seperate mic and headphone jack
3) A mouse for my Fire
4) A bluetooth usb dongle to enable bluetooth
5) A webcab for skype.
6) A usb drive for extra memory
And I almost forgot to say I got it rooted, if that makes a difference.
With Android L featuring native USB Audio out is it safe to assume that all USB DACs will be compatible with all devices? It almost seems too good to be true
Also with upcoming USB Audio out can you have a hardware 3.5mm microphone-only (without speaker) plugged into the AUX/headphone port, and still output sound through USB? The way it behaves now when you plug in a microphone it assumes it's a headphone/mic combo and outputs sound thru the AUX port. I'd like to take the mic for input but still output sound through USB.
Thanks in advance.
is anyone able to answer this?
I am trying to play audio via the USB-C socket attached to my Audiolab dac.
I have got the usb cable & a usb to usb-c adaptor. When i connect to the phone the music comes out of the speakers on the phone.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get the music to go to the usb-c & to to the dac.
Do I need some other special cable?
Are there any settings on the Note 10+ that have to be changed?
I did try the disable usb audio routing both on & off but it didn't fix the problem.
Any ideas?

I don't have the note 10, but have you already looked under audio settings for any relevant settings that would enable/use the dac?
My S10 have same problem. Just fix by restart when connecting with Dac. U can try.
