removed apps come back when phone reboots - HTC One SV

I rooted my phone to remove unwanted apps that came preinstalled and I can remove them but when I restart my phone the apps are back. Does anyone know what the issue could be and how to fix it?
Thank you!

Newly Rooted: Bloatware / App removal

Just rooted and installed Perfect Storm. What app or program can I use to freeze and remove apps as well as dump bloatware?
My original rooting had a pair of apps that did this but when I switched to Perfect Storm, I seem to have lost them.
Any input would be appreciated!!
Titanium Backup, but you must buy the Pro version to be able to freeze and unfreeze! Good Luck....
I actually have titanium pro. I wasn't aware that it had bloatware removal.
THANKS!!!!
I just rooted myself and have TiBU installed. When freezing apps, it will show "Freezing [app name]" and then just sits there with the circle animation.
The app does not respond with the "menu" or "back" softkeys, and only after pressing the "search" key does it go back to the TiBU screen, with the selected app now being "frozen".
It's not a huge issue as the app does it's job, I just don't know if there's an issue when other functionality is needed.
Anyone else having this problem?

[Q] How do we stop the install prompt for Sprint Configurater?

It pops up every time I restart the phone
How do we make it stop?

i accidentally let it install but after it installed the bloat I was able to uninstall all the apps without even being rooted. it doesn't store them as system apps. only one it wouldnt let me uninstall was sprint zone which may have already been on the phone to begin with

ah i gotcha...i use Apex launcher so all it was for me was clearing home default and re-selecting Apex...can you long press the popup in your notification bar->app info-> then disable notifications/ force stop? if not and you are rooted maybe you could freeze it in titanium backup.

Can't delete any apk from /system

Hi, I have tried several times to remove the bloatware on my device eliminating apk's. But every time I remove a single apk, when I restart my device it shows a SECURITY ERROR, and I have to flash a KDZ to repair it. I keep the bloatware frozen with Titanium Backup But I really want to get rid of it. Did someone is having the same problem?
If you're getting a security error after removing stuff from /system, you're touching something you shouldn't be. Search the G Flex 2 forums for the Safe Bloatware to Remove thread and that is the most you can remove. Freezing does pretty much teh same thing as removing the APKs, except it keeps the APKs. Either way, you shouldn't be worried.

How to prevent reinstallation of factory apps after removal?

My phone is not rooted. Its only a week old so I'd like to avoid rooting for a while due to warranty.
I want to remove a few apps that came pre-installed on my phone like "Hangouts" but every time that I remove them, they reinstall automatically a while later.
How do I permanently uninstall the apps so that they remain uninstalled?

Uninstall them, disable them, and turn off automatic updating for that app in the play store beforehand.

This usual suspect is constantly asking for superuser access......even though it isn't even installed and has been deleted on my rooted G5. Anyone know how this is possible? Is it still left over hidden somewhere ? I don't get it. Anyone else have this issue? I think it may be hurting my battery too if its asking for access that much
Use Titanium Backup or App Freezer to disable it. Then reboot. It won't come back.
