Explain me better and I'll try to help you! Do you have the xposed app? Or have you just flashed the framework?

Yes of course I do. Hence my question, everything installed, even when I download the modules everything seems fine up until the point where I try to run them (gravity box or amplify etc) it says xposed isn't installed. I've flashed xposed multiple of times before the exact same way however this time it just doesn't work . I tried different rom and still doesn't work. Perhaps I'm flashing the wrong files in the recovery ?

Try flashing xposed uninstaller then dirty flash exodus and reboot. Then flash xposed framework! The go xposed dmredownload the modules, press reboot and enable in the notification you'll get. Xposed will ask you for root permissions and reboot your phone. Now it should work! I'm using it with exodus

Boot Menu Manager is only for Motorola's OMAP4 device, so on any other device except tegra it wont work.

Yeah Ive been getting this as well. Just dont install busybox from the Play Store. Killed BMM on the install I had and needed to reflash.
I just ignore it and it seems to work alright for the most part. Only noticed this on a custom Roms. Stock rooted doesnt seem to have the problem even when using the busybox installer from play store.
rooted N5 with stock with exposed mods.
a few days ago i got the "download update", i already downloaded it, the phone booted into TWRP and i had to click reboot and it was still 4.4.2... and now there is no update

You need to uninstall Xposed first, before upgrading. Refer to http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/info-nexus-5-ota-help-desk-t2523217
Just download the full rooted stock ROM in android development and flash it without wipe from recovery.
It's actually fewer steps anyway.
OTA = revert system changes, boot recovery, flash, re-flash recovery, re-root
Rooted stock = boot recovery, flash
No brainer really. Flashing an OTA if rooted is a fool's errand

Nope. It's just flashing an entire, rooted ROM. You will have to install the Xposed framework again but the Xposed installer, all Xposed modules and all their data will remain intact

I think you need to read carefully which Xposed you are flashing, not correct one causes BL. Also when flashing a different ROM you need to wipe the phone clean (except storage).
Hello guys,
Old guide
Here I'm sharing a little info about rooting marshmallow for those who don't know. Do not flash BETA-SuperSU-v2.64-20151220185127.zip it's giving lots of force closes. Note: I'm using Indian version firmware.
Steps:
Install 6.0 OTA
Install TWRP recovery from here
Download BETA-SuperSU-v2.62-3-20151211162651.zip from this thread #3
Flash it via TWRP
When rebooting TWRP will ask you to install supersu. do not install it.
important* take a nandroid backup before flashing supersu zip

I have 2.64 too and no FC.
Just decided to install 2.64 after making a nandroid backup, in case anything went wrong. I'm glad to see that it's working fine for me, no FC.
The guide is the same as Chainfire talks about his SuperSU.
Its no guide only for MXP

AnoopKumar you saved our lives by giving the last simple solution of a working SuperSU.
I tried the latest 2.65, 64, and was roaming around the forums for solution and you provided one! Thanks a lot brother!
FC's are killing me on .64, on .65 the phone doesn't go past the bootloader
Can I completely unroot after rooting with this method (without factory reset of course)

Good news, Supersu v 2.64 pro found in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/development/beta-b510-android-6-0-mt7-l09-mt7-tl10-t3286910 works If screen just turn black after rebooting to system just press power button to reboot again. It may restart the first time without finishing the bootanimation but the next time it boots up it'll be good
I salute Huawei for adding a bunch of new stuff in this update., especially the under the hood ones. Hoping the final stable build is solid

Will it work or will it bootloop ?
I believe Lucky Patcher is to be blamed. If you try to patch anything Google related(ads, iap, store, etc), you will lose root privileges.
I am currently using BETA-SuperSU-v2.67-20160121175247 and is working fine so far.
Cheers,
Zol.
I solved it I only had to reflash supersu v2.46 and delete dalvik cash befire I restart my phone then you have to restart your phone and go to apps and delete supersu data
And it will be fully working
