I. Introduction
Shape Shifter ROM is an extremely debloated ROM from where you can start to build your personal customized masterpiece.
Shape Shifter ROM comes like a skeleton, where we give you the bones and you add the meat and skin you like. We have added everything possible to make this ROM compatible with most of the new mods out there. The essentials of the ROM are also debloated, such as the Launcher, music, gallery and the camera to give you the chance to experience a new way of using this amazing phone, especially with our pre-made packs.

IMPORTANT
- You cannot use this ShapeShifterROM alone, or you will end up with a black screen. If you don't have a Launcher and a Keyboard (At least), that is to be flashed after flashing ShapeShifterROM, then you will have to flash one of the packs in the 2nd post.
It's recommended to use the TWRP recovery and the latest Bootloader and Modem version.
Backup before you flash.
N910U users:
For the N910U users, Flash N910U Kernel from Kernels folder.
and Flash THIS, to fix your noise issue.
N910C/H users:
Bootloaders and Modems have been uploaded to BL_CP folder.

How can I check my current CSC?
Install Phone INFO app from Play Store and check your CSC. If you are using stock ROM and everything is ok with your CSC - all CSC fields in Phone Info app should display the same CSC, as below (otherwise, you probably forgot about wipe data when you were installing ROM with another CSC).
How can I change my current CSC?
Q: Recently I tested several ROMs, in result of it my CSC has changed. I would like to flash your ROM, but first I want to restore my country's original CSC. What should I do?
Case 1: Your country's original CSC is available in Shape Shifter ROM.
No special/additional steps are needed. Just flash the ROM with edited options.prop file placed on internal sdcard or extSdCard -> type CSC=[your_csc] instead of CSC=KCSC. Remember to perform "Wipe data" in the recovery before install. Note that sometimes additional reboot is required after completing pre-configuration steps to display your CSC correctly in Phone Info app).
Case 2: Your country's original CSC is not available in Shape Shifter ROM. Your original ROM contains single CSC pack (omitting parts with model name and incremental version - name of CSC package is same as product code = CSC)

In this case you need to flash your original ROM using PC Odin, then perform wipe data using stock recovery and then check your CSC in Phone Info app (note that sometimes additional reboot is required after completing pre-configuration steps to display your CSC correctly in Phone Info app).
Now you can install Shape Shifter ROM - just leave "Keep current CSC" option untouched in /options.prop (it's good idea to perform "Wipe data" again from recovery to remove potential "garbage" from /data partition like e.g app data created by CSC bloatware and CSC bloatware updates).
Case 3: Your country's original CSC is not available in Shape Shifter ROM. Your original ROM contains multi CSC pack (omitting parts with model name and incremental version - name of CSC package differs from product code and usually begins with the letter "O").
There is no good example for SM-N910C, As most of the CSC packages are available. However, I am going to put an example in theory what should you do in that case.

In this case you need to flash your original ROM using PC Odin or Mobile Odin PRO (see "NOTE" and "HINT" below to avoid problems), then perform wipe data using stock recovery and then check your CSC in Phone Info app (note that sometimes additional reboot is required after completing pre-configuration steps to display your CSC correctly in Phone Info app). Then becomes something strange - you will see that your CSC is XTC (Philippines) instead of THL (Thailand)! It's because XTC is the default CSC in OLB multi CSC package in case of flashing it on ROM with other than OLB CSC package. To change CSC to THL you need CSC Select app from Play Store (requires root and stock recovery to perform all operations correctly!). Then check your CSC again using Phone Info app - should be OK.
Now you can flash the multi CSC ROM - just choose "Keep current CSC" in options.prop (it's good idea to "Wipe data" again to remove from /data partition potential "garbage" like e.g app data created by CSC bloatware and CSC bloatware updates).
NOTE: Sometimes it's not possibe to flash your original stock ROM, e.g. in case you have already installed a major update, but it has not been released for your country yet. In such cases Samsung usually prevents downgrades - phone usually will not be able to boot after flashing or maybe you will not be able to flash it at all.
HINT: There is still a way to flash ROM with your CSC pack using Mobile Odin PRO. Just use "Open file..." option to load ANY stock ROM (*.tar.md5) available for your phone (not older than your current ROM base) AND THEN load using "Cache" / "Hidden" options following 2 files extracted from the latest ROM (containing YOUR CSC): cache.img.ext4, hidden.img.ext4 (you can use 7-zip to extract *.tar.md5 file). Then flash such "MIX" in one step using "Flash firmware" option in Mobile Odin PRO.

Technically yes you can, but it will create a lot of FC and battery drain.

TIPS:
See Post #2 for the Aroma Add-on Package, so that you can choose which Samsung Apps / functions you want back.
You can use this Aroma add-on package at any time after flashing this rom (So you can first use the rom barebone and look for yourself which app/feature you want to have back)
Settings -> Wallpaper FC's!? That's normal... because you have to flash the Samsung Wallpaper picker add-on with the XtreStoLite Aroma Add-on Package for this (see post #2)
The first boot will take a very long time to boot up (because this ROM is deodexed), The bootscreen shows up longer than usual (around the 5 minutes), so make sure that you wait long enough to let it boot up on first boot!
The aim of this ROM is to keep it as close to the stock firmware as possible. Because this way the ROM is the most stable you can get, and also you don't have any mods that can have influence on the performance and/or battery life of the ROM.
If you're experiencing ANY issue, then first make sure that you're on the latest bootloader/firmware (see post #4 for latest one for your model), and that you've done an clean install (data/factory reset before installing the ROM).
All the Google Play Store apps are NOT included in the ROM (or Aroma add-on package), you can download those by yourself in the Play Store.
If you did choose the KToonsez kernel option in the installer of the ROM, then make sure you accept the SuperSu root permission promt after first boot-up.
If you choose to use the KToonsez kernel, then an custom kernel profile (by @LuigiBull23) will be automatically set as default kernel settings... This profile has an slightly OC (2,5 GHz) on the CPU at default.
The kernel settings can you tweak by yourself with the KTweaker app.
If you experience reboots with the Ktoonsez kernel, then try to disable the OC on the CPU with the Ktweaker app (decrease max. CPU frequency to 2,45 Ghz) or increase the CPU voltages with 25 or 30 mV
If you're experiencing any other issue/bug while using the KToonsez (or any other custom) kernel, then always first flash back the Stock Samsung kernel, and look if you still experience the issue/bug, before you post an reply here about your issue/bug.
The 'OK Google' voice command for the Google Search app works only if you have set your system language to one of the supported languages for this voice command.

How-to Install:
Root & Install custom recovery: (Only needed if you haven't done this yet)
- Flash CF-Root for your model with Odin
- Make sure you have an custom recovery installed (I advise you to use the custom TWRP version by @ktoonsez) (This trips your KNOX warranty counter!)
Install the ROM
- Make sure you're on an recent Lollipop Bootloader/Firmware
- Copy the ROM (& Aroma add-on package) zip files to your internal or external memory of your Phone
- Do a Data/Factory reset first in your recovery
- Start the installation
- Reboot
- Enjoy the Rom!
- Optionally: Flash the Aroma add-on Package, to restore some of the removed Samsung Apps/Functions that you want (You can do this anytime!)
I would NOT recommend to restore system apps or app data of your apps with Titanium backup, only the apps themselves.
Restoring App data or System apps can cause many problems. (This applies to any ROM!)

Firmware/Bootloader/Modem Odin packages

Here you can find the latest Lollipop & Kitkat Bootloader & Modem packages for your model!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------How-to Install:
You can do this procedure any time and it won't wipe anything from your device! You will keep your current ROM, Kernel & Recovery after flashing this.
Do exactly step-by-step the following things:
- Make sure you download the correct packages for your model
- Unplug your Phone (IMPORTANT!)
- Turn your Phone completely off (This is IMPORTANT)
- Start your Phone in download mode on this way: Press Vol down + Home + Power buttons till the screen turns on, press Vol Up to continue (Only enter download mode on this way, otherwise it won't work!!)
- Now Connect your phone to your computer (DO NOT connect your phone before this step, otherwise it won't work!)
- Open Odin 3.09 on your PC (Make sure you're using v.3.09, older versions won't work correctly!)
- Click on the 'BL' button, and load in your BOOTLOADER tar.md5 file for your model
- Click on the 'CP' button, and load in your MODEM tar.md5 file for your model
- DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE (you can brick your phone if you choose other settings in Odin)
- Click on the Start button
- Wait till it finish flashing.
- Your phone reboots automatically after flashing.
- Always check after flashing: Settings -> About device -> Baseband; that should show the same modem build number noted as here.
And also check if the bootloader got flashed correctly by downloading an AndroidTerminal app, and enter this command: getprop ro.boot.bootloader
NOTE: Sometimes the modem/baseband needs to be flashed 2 or even 3 times till it will get flashed correctly.
Something that also sometimes helps:
- Pull your battery for at least 30 seconds before and after flashing.

CAMERA FIX
For those who have issues with camera, pls follow tutorial
1. Enter recovery and flash View attachment STOCK_KERNEL_4.4.4_XXUFNL1.zip
2. Boot into the rom Note: wifi won't work and internal memory and SD card may not be accessible. This is normal
3. Try to start the camera app, it will give you a memory card error but you will see that it's working
4. Reboot into recovery, flash back one of the AGNi kernels below and boot back
5. Now you should have a working camera

Can you tell me what pda this rom have? Because till now i tried Galaxy S5Project and Community ROM V1.1 and got factory mode message, i think because pda was PDA I9305XXUFNE3 and PHONE I9305XXUEMK1..
In 2-3days i'll try this, now i have bad connection

Hey man, you can check these details by dialing *#1234#, supersu pops up just tap back and it will show the info.
PDA/PHONE = I9305XXUFNE3
MODEM = I9305XXUEMK1
CSC= I9305TNLEML1
Perhaps because of different CSC in the rom you are getting factory mode I dont really know why, but try flashing your own CSC. Maybe later i can include some CSC's in the aroma installer

Confirmed! thats my offcial stock rom
I see, so you want to flash this official firmware first, to have its csc and modem and then flash this rom on top of it to keep those. Im not sure that will help as you will have the csc and modem of not your official firmware. CSC contains important info about your carrier/apn's/services etc. etc. so i think its the best to have your own csc and or modem.
Edit: i think i need to remove the csc in the rom so that you and others can keep their csc like the modem. we can experiment with this and see what happens..

there's no write access to any app that didnt come from google or is preinstalled on your phone with 4.4.4

screen mirroring
Is screen mirroing working for you guys? For me not. On JB (4.3) I had to change the libWFD_ENGINE.so library for hacked one to work - but on KK (4.4.4) it doesn't work (probobly there isn't the hacked library yet)
If someone know how to enable screen mirroring on KK please let me know.

I've flashed 4.4 touchwiz from sammobile, then AOSP 4.4 and then 4.3 touchwiz with factory reset working without problem.
Or i can't go to 4.1 only?
Great rom, battery life is just amazing and very smooth. No useless wakelocks like in JB 4.3

On old BL, I just flashed with Heimdall, then flashed Koush's Superuser from recovery. On 4.3 BL, it could be different.

Okay it works fine, the battery-life is terrible long (Extreme-Cells - Made in Germany >Special for Samsung<).

I cant add root via the main odin image as the permissions dont survive the image process
im sure Hbohd will add support via the kernel shortly
all the files are ready to go and just need the permissions fixed

Added Mod3
XXUFNJ1 is a far better build than XXUFNI3
Mod 2 i removed a file i shouldnt have (localfota)
if removed it causes stuttering in the os my bad..
Oh a quick update
if your lock screen is swipe all is fine
if its unlock by pin say for vpn use
there's a slight stutter every now and then in the os
not sure what apk i removed is causing this
if anyone finds out plz let me know
i use swipe so its not a problem for me
but would be good to fix it
to find the stutter problem with the lock screen set to pin i rolled my phone back to a complete stock image
stock = fine
stock + agni kernel (no apk's removed at all) = stutter
so it seems agni is the problem
on looking into this agni seems to not support pptp which seems to be the cause

Incase that I got a bootloop if i flash ur rom , can i flash the official stock rom that is Nordic countries instead of the one you stated that is Greece? Will there be any difference as downloading from sammobile is kinda slow

I flashed the rom but it stays at the samsung logo.

im coming from SimpleGX kitkat all latest version also kernel and change modem.
Downloaded Lollypop, reboot phone in recovery and flashed the rom.
now it stays at the samsung logo. (is this also notice as a bootloop)????
anyone got a solution????

You will need to flash THIS exact firmware via odin before flashing my rom.
I decided to make my base from latest available 5.0.2 which is the Greece one currently :good:
Some of you maybe already have the 5.0.2 Nordic or other ones, but may face bootloop issue also, so you guys can test and report :good:
Coming from SimpleGX ROM KitKat version will result bootloop (and of course, even if flashing kitkat firmware via odin first, since 5.0.2 and 4.4.4 are both different versions of android) :good:

I installed Xpossed Alpha2 and the framework zips with this rom, but it stiĺ "hangs" in the bootscreen! I need Xpossed for my other apps. Great Lollipop Rom BTW! ?

Really good rom, thanks man.
1 problem ive found is with the OTA updates, when going into OTA updates, it says update available at the top, once you click download it says that ota updates has stopped working and closes. supersu permissions have been granted so im not sure why this is. other than that this rom is awesome!!! Thanks again

in the download links there is a bloatware folder. in there are all kinds of flashable packages :good:

flashable mods as such will be done shortly, i just finished the rom itself after quite some trouble :laugh: :good:
