Im new at all of this I need some serious help unlocking the bootloader and rooting this phone ive tried several different methods and none I MEAN NONE have gotten me any closer all advice would be greatly appreciated...

was wondering if any one knew how to unbrick a blu 6.0 hd cellphone i found an app to root it but then for some reason a couple of weeks later it bricked any help would be appreciated

Hello guys! This is just a simple post for a simple request. :crying:
Can someone help me root O+ Air? I've tried so many ways (RootGenius, iRoot, etc.) but nothing good came out.
I would appreciate any help from any of the fine ladies and gentlemen in this forum. This is my first post and any help would mean a lot to me.

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately these low-end devices don't generally get attention from developers so your best bet is to check this section of XDA:
How to Root Any Device
If you don't have any luck there I'd suggest you do some extensive searching to see if anybody else has successfully rooted this device. If not there's always the general q&a section:

Please I have a samsung j1 sm-j100m device that I really would like to root, I looked many places and several methods to root, although I followed the instructions I had no success in rooting it.

Sorry but I don't find anythind specific to your device. You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here:
XDA Root Directory
If that doesn't help, you will need to ask for help here :

Since you have tried two of the most commonly used root apps, it is highly likely that your phone can not be rooted.

I have two zte z987s. One is still running 4.4.4 and the other 5.1. I had the 5.1 partially rooted somehow ( not sure exactly what I did), but I had superuser access. Unfortunately, I had to reset it, lost SU, and can't figure out how to do it again. I was going to try rooting the 4.4.4 because I had read on one of XDAs great threads that there is a method. My problem is I don't have "Allow OEM unlock" option on the 4.4.4. They are the exact same phone, both from cricket. Can anyone help guide me in the right direction. I am new to rooting and XDA has been a great learning tool. You guys are awesome and I appreciate what you do. I have rooted several other phones using odin, fastboot, sideload, etc. All by teaching myself, so as I said, I am not a noob. Just a 2nd year player learning the ropes. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
