What is the difference between Asia and Brazil Lollipop?

I have an asian moto g xt1033,and i'm on brazil lollipop(just installed 5.0.2)
Is there any reason for me to wipe all the data off my phone and install asia 5.0.2?

Today i've received an ota updated to android 5.1, i can proceed to update the phone via ota? or may my phone could go in bootloop?
