OMG can someone please answer

so im running firefly rom and i press and hold power button to activate my data and accidently i press the download button now my phone is on download mode . what should i do?

Just take the battery out and then reinstall it and reboot.

wouldnt tht brick my phone cause it did last time

It shouldn't, you should be fine.

Next time just hold power and the volume buttons till the screen changes. Will take you to recovery where you can just reboot

you took your battery out when odin locked up on you yesterday, thats why you bricked then. sorry i was away from the pc girly!

my xoom not working

i tried to ROOT my XOOM, but i can't.
first, when i restart it, its not start, its just stop at cure due screen, i leave for next day to solve this problem.
but when i see it today, the screen is OFF. i try to turn it ON and try to charge the battery but still its not working.
pls, guide me to solve this problem.

Try holding the power button and the volume up at the same time for about three seconds.

And the screen is OFF

Power on and volume up worked for me this morning when I got a scare and the thing wouldn't boot for me. Since then all has been o.k. Good luck.

i already tried to use this method, but its not working....

I have a really bad problem with my nexus s i9023. (I read threads but nothing is like my problem)
After i installed cm7 with the trinity kernel, i oc it to 1544MHz.
Suddenly the screen was black and now i can't start it
When i press the power button, there are no vibration or the "google" symbol :crying:
Please help me i would be very thankful! ...and sorry for my bad english

Can you boot into bootloader and recovery? That is, after a doing a battery pull, can you boot by pressing the power button and volume up button simultaneously?

This might be too advanced for you, but if you're really desperate, you can try the solution in this thread. Haven't tried it myself but if you just follow the instructions, it might help you resurrect your phone. Good luck!

My case is just like your. I'm starting to think mine is burned something. Tragic.

Have a nearby technician check it up for you just to make sure. It "might" just be a battery problem, who knows. They got the tools to test it

okay i would do that
but the phone is just a year old and i had never problems with the battery :/ maybe my processer overheat or something?? because i overclocked it

I have an p500 froyo (2.2)..aaand I presed the power button...lg logo..lg gif logo (lg and pink thing)..now it`s stuck at ANDROID (cyan color).
it`s bricked huh?..what should i do? and..is there any way to keep my apps, contacts,sms`s?
p.s. the phone is rooted

ok..so that is what happened. yesterday i tried to install an app...i let the phone 10 mins and the app installation wasn`t ready xD..then i pressed the back button, and then i tried to install it again..same thing...then i turned it off and plug in the AC charger. then i went to sleep...today i turned it on..and now its stuck at android screen.
now: if a press those buttons, should I remove SD and sim? or what?

No yo just press them and you wait about 2mins and then it will reboot automatically. This will make factory reset and if it works well your phone will be like a new one

Driving me nuts!!!

Ok i unlocked my metro stylo4 and have been trying to root for the past few days...followinf the instructions on rooting with magisk, ive downloaded the apk and im supposed to install in recovery mode but my phone wont go into recovery now...all it will do is factory reset. Im holding down vol and power at same time then releasing and pressing power again when lg logo appears...what happened??

youe phone vibrate when booting up? release pressing power when it vibrate and keep holding VOL+ you don't need to wait for the logo

I did that and it brought me ton fastboot mode where i couldnt do anything and had to hard restart ...im bout to just give up...this apparently isnt for me

Doesnt do that on mine..if i continually hold both buttons it constantly restarts my phone
