hello guys I have smasung galaxy tab 3 lite t113
and for the past few days I was trying to connect my xbox36o controller and for now nothing new happened the controller keep flashing but not working so I've searched the wep and I found that most modern samsung galaxy tab series devices have this problem and some people solve it buy using custom rom or different kernel
so the problem it seem to be on samsung stock rom which doesn't support some otg devices
any have an idea of a fix
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Unfortunately your specific device is not that popular and I can't find any roms for it. I did find this on how to root, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3/help/how-to-root-sm-t113-t3076658/page3 Perhaps someone in that forum knows if there are any custom roms or kernels.

Hi guys
I have recently brought a android handset samsung galaxy fit GT S5670
I have successfully rooted my device
And had some queries as below...
1 how do install the clockwork mod for my device?
2 will cyanogen mod work on my device?
3 are there any other custom rom available for it?
4 will overclocking work on it?
Warmest regards
Sukhdeep
Guys I didn't yet received any info on that could anyone kindly answer my queries?
You should be able to search the forums for you answer
Samsung GT 5670 Has Bootloader Locked!
So Clockwork Mod does not support installing Recovery in Samsung.
but you can try samfirmwares.com which allows samsung devices to flash root which might unlock the bootloader
Samsung device cannot be upgraded to rooted ROMS!
Hi,
Just picked up a GT 7.0 Plus and noticing very little activity by way of custom roms specific to the 7.0 plus.
Wondering if the GT 8.9/10.1 ROMs can be used on this device or if anyone has tried it. Thanks in advance.

Won't work because the the 8.9 and the 10.1 are both Tegra 2 devices and the 7+ is Exynos. I believe the 3g/4g version of the 8.9 is powered by the exynos.
Should not be in development.
Thread moved from Dev to General...
Good news for us 7 plus users and i have installed it and love it.
Works very fast and smooth, only bluetooth not working.
New rom is CM10.1 jellybean 4.2.1
Best wishes
Hi, hope I´m posting at the right forum Q&A , I have two Samsung 10.1 Galaxy tabs and two Samsung Galaxy phones, I am also 61 years old and my memory capabilities are degrading, it could be an Alzheimer start or maybe just getting older and forgetting some things such as which of my phones and tablets did I flashed with a custom ROM , I look at my Pc and see the Philz touch file and some other rooting and ROM files, the problem i I can´t remember what I did, all four devices are working fine, also they are rooted but I am quite sure I flashed maybe otwo of them but cant remember which one and what ROM I flashed.
Is there a way to know this, just for my mental tranquility.
Regards
My tablets are :
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT - P7510 with Android 4.0.4
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 GT - P5100 with Android 4.03
My Phones are .

Hi,
I'm new in the world of android rom and root!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 (S6500XXLK2) and I want to root it to try to install a kitkat rom.
I followed many different methods to root it but none with success.
I'm starting to think that there is an hardware problem becuase I'm not able to connect the device to kies, neither to odin. If I use Kingo root it doesn't recognize it.
The strange thing is that if I connet it to my linux pc I can connect via usb and I am able to access the device as a memory storage.
Any ideas?
LuKe
Hi there,
For root I would have a look at this thread: rooting s6500 100% working
Regarding a kitkat ROM I would have a look here: Omnirom / CM / AOKP 4.4.4 on Mini2 [FINAL // who takes over?]
Further questions I suggest asking here: Galaxy Mini II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Thank you and thread closed!
Hi, i have Samasung Galaxy Grand Neo gt-i9060. I looked everywhere for custom roms for this device but i couldn't find any. In the other hands; SGGN gt-i9082 is getting so many custom roms : CM11, CM12 and more. So, i was wondering whether if i could install gt-i9082's roms on my gt-i9060 without any issues?
Sorry for my English and thank you all.
Hi there,
NO YOU CAN'T!!!
Unfortunately I don't think such ROM thing exists for you device until now. With a quick search i found this one:
[ROM][4.2.2][B3][GT-I9060][GRAND NEO] GenNxt Pre-Rooted Stock
That's just a rooted stock ROM though. Unfortunately low-end devices such as this rarely receive any attention from developers. You can keep an eye out in this section though:
Miscellaneous Android Development
Galaxy Grand (Lite) Neo GT-I9060
You never know what might pop up in the future, good luck
