Very simple answer.
You cannot install Xposed on a Samsung Touchwiz ROM for the Samsung Galaxy S6, for the time being.
Which roms support Xposed? None as of yet.
If you are aware that there is an 'issue' with TW ROMs then surely you would have read that it is not compatible with arm64.

I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules. I was just wondering what everyone else prefers on their Note 3... Stock ROM with Xposed, or a custom ROM?
I have been using Slimkat on my Note 3 since I bought it. This week I might try out the stock ROM with Xposed to compare.

I prefer Stock ROM with Xposed.
I understand why others love custom ROM but I don't need it

yes also
Same here, mostly running alexandr's ROM with lean kernel. Works wonders. But I can't understand why people buy this phone and flash aosp roms that turn the spen into a simple stick.
one of android best features to me ... is having a custom rom
but lately they all feel like stock with exposed enabled .... im still searching for a good rom to use everyday
rooted X-Note 3 knox 0X0
Stock rom with xpose especially Wanamp:good:
Tested lots of ROMs, if not all, that are available for the Nope 3. AOSP, TW based...
Best look, performance & speed - AOSP cannot be beaten here. And even if some FCs happened until I setup an AOSP, after that there's no hiccups, even on nightlies. Fire up ART runtime, and the speed gets to disgusting levels, but it's like a car, the faster you go, the more likely the crash.
Pure stock TW is ugly as hell, but coming from Samsung themselves, it's stable and everything works. And there ARE people who use the S-Pen every day. o.o
Also, it's probably the fact that I can't properly set up the kernel on AOSP, because the ugly slow TW gets me more battery life than AOSP. And I go tinkering with the kernel, and USB stops working, FCs, and other s**t. :/ I need to learn more on the topic, probably...
Currently, using Audax ROM with stock kernel.
make my own custom since i don't really use some of the function avail on other custom.
i vote for custom rom
when i am in stock note 3 the ported s5 apps doesnt work thats why i chose s5 ported roms as the note 3 dont get s5 apps or even the s5 uI samsung fault they dont care about there fans new phone produce throw your phone away cause you well get worse update - as i know 4.3 was better than 4.4.2 / 1-call record working without root - 2- camera performance better - 3- white keyboard - 4-not draining battery fast and ... a lot of things i may forget it dont forget the last update which introduce knox 2.0 which make towel-root useless - so tell me reasons not be in custom rom or you just stock with useless phone / i just losing faith with samsung update cause i know every update are getting even worse
I like using stock-based custom ROM with Xposed.

Thank you for the subject.
Personally, I prefer Stock because it's official and custom rom does not give you a big advantage over the original with Xposed, except with the custom I can not activate screen mirroring.

Me too!
So If you try to install Xposed on Android 5.0 Lollipop on a T-Mobile Galaxy Note Edge, you get this:

(change the xx to tt)
Now, I see that so far its not compatible with my device, which I can understand, but I dont see any thread active on the development on it which scares me. Im using Stock Samsung Touchwiz btw.
When do you think we will see a release?
I think the solution is far. Best choice??? stay with kk!!!
Arters Xposed has been working so far on a friends 915FY i have tested, even the wanam xposed mod works on quite a lot of features, but obviously lacks Edge specific stuff...
Hello there,
I'm using temasek ROM and I like it a lot, but it miss the great STOCK camera and the ANT+ support.
What's your best STOCK based ROM, possibly with the possibility to change theme so it can looks like ASOP roms?
Thanks!
if you want to change your theme you have to look for s6 port rom like Darklord or others that have theme store program .
Thanks!
Does it has ant+ support?

If you want to have ANT+ support just download the application from the play store to utilize the hardware and software
Yeah, I can do this even now, but the app costs 10€ or so and it has several problems, I tried it.
So I'm searching for a ROM that has native ant+ support like the stock one.
First things first you have posted in the wrong section. Please get a moderator to move/delete/lock this thread as you should but this in the Q&A section...
All touchwizz roms have ant. And darklord is far from being a stock rom.
I recommend audax or if you're really looking for a stock experience try alexandr developer base.
Hey Guys
I have just rooted my S7 and I was wondering which is the best custom rom or mods to install on my phone? I havent rooted or installed custom roms since the Galaxy S4, so I am out of touch with things.
Any info appreciated.

First, rom depends on personal preference so I would read through the threads and decide because of thread info, screenshots/changelog and user opinions.
second, @sawdoctor could you please move this to the right place, thank you :good:

hi,
just to clarify.
If you installed a S8 +Rom you most probably would have bricked your N5...?
You most probably mean you flashed a port of S 8 + Rom.?
Anyway the best would be to ask in the
relevant N5 ( ported S8 +Rom) thread, what you can install and what you cannot
Also about bugs etc.
Bottom line is your device is still a Note5.
so be careful.
Good luck

Yes it's the best, as usually ported Roms either has bugs and certain apps that is not optimized or working.
It also depends on the person/cook of
ported S8 + Rom.. how well he optimized the Rom
Good luck
