Hello,
couple of days back i received much awaited lolipop 5.1 update to my moto x first gen rooted device. i downloaded it and when i was trying to install it end up in Teamwin options.
I have 5.1 image in /cache folder. my query is, should i stock flash my phone and then upgrade to 5.1 or flash 5.1 image using fastboot?
Also please suggest me what precautions should be taken.
any help is much appritiated.

Hello, I have a Moto G 1st Gen ( XT1033 ) and I've rooted my phone plus unlocked the bootloader. I just wanted to ask if I'll get the update even with these conditions. Actually I asked a Motorola employee and he said " We don't have any idea about unlocked phones" Please tell me if I'll get the update or I'll have to manually update it.

IS there any manual Android 5.0 lollipop update available for Motorala XT 1068 (2014) ? From where I can download the image file

And typically, especially for the Moto's... Files you can flash are released a little after the OTA comes out.

and its not booting up unlock bootloader sign is showing consistantly
