and its not booting up unlock bootloader sign is showing consistantly

do any one know how to get recover moto g asian version. problem is that while downgrading from 5.0.1 to 4.4.4 my moto g got off and its not getting start after that...!!! while connecting to pc just white led blinks but its not getting on.
