Stuck while installing Pacrom, no backup, safestrap gs4 - General Questions and Answers

I started to install pacrom on my verizon galaxy s4 and am havings troubles. I'll start from the beginning.
I rooted the phone via Towelroot app and checked it with rootchecker.
Then i downloaded the following.
downloadandroidrom.com/file/GalaxyS4/SCH-i545/roms/PACMan/pac_jfltevzw-nightly-20130913.zip
downloadandroidrom.com/file/gapps/PA/pa_gapps-full-4.2-20130610-signed.zip
androidfilehost.com/?fid=95784891001603023 this is safestrap for "FOR USERS OF MJ7/MK2" IDK the difference between that and ME7/MI1 but i used MJ7/MK2
From here I opened up the safestrap app and installed the recovery and loaded it up. I left it on the stock rom slot while i continued to wipe everything and install the rom and GAPPS. This was a mistake, however, because i it bootlooped. I tried wiping and installing many different ways and still ended up with a bootloop. I realized in needed to use a rom slot and set that up. I wiped all the necessary things and installed the rom and GAPPS. Still it bootlooped. I have even tried to install without GAPPS with no avail. I forgot to make a backup of the stock and the stock slot just bootloops the pacrom boot screen. I cant find a way to add filed from my computer because whenever i connect it during the boot screen it shows up as a disc drive on my computer. Normally i would choose USB settings and make it where i can transefer data files, but i cant do this. I really need some help with this as I have done all I know to do. The downloads may be the problem, but from what i understand they are the correct ones. Thanks

Download this rom, move it to your phone and flash with recovery.
If you can't get the file on the phone I will help you out.

Nexus One doesn't load past the multicoloured logo

Ok I have a massive problem here. Last night I decided to use the 1 click universal root app to root my phone and flash it to get CM.
I downloaded the app did the root, downloaded clockworkmod then did a clockworkmod recovery. After that finished i was given a pre-root option to backup my phone and wipe data/storage.
I only chose back up my phone. My nexus one then rebooted and proceeded to backup my phone then it went to install CM 6 RC2.. After this had finished it then rebooted and went to the multicoloured animation where the colours ceom from the left and right..
Here it would continuously loop and never do anythign else. With this I pulled the battery and loaded into recovery where I was in ClockworkMod. I then proceeded to use the recovery and as it was doing the recovery it just froze and the progress bar nor any words would come up.
From here I pulled the battery again did a soft/hard reset but it would hang on the loading animation again. I then did a wipe data/clean option and now it just hangs on the X logo.
On my sdcard I still have the clockworkmod folder with the backup, nandroid, system and all the other files as well. Vodafone Australia have no stock of the Nexus One at all and won't be getting anymore in since it's a finished product
I barely have any cash for a new phone and need to know asap what to do to fix this problem! If anyone can help!
When you installed Cyanogen CM6 did you install the proper baseband also or you just didn't write it down for us? If you had 2.2 on the phone before you rooted the baseband is ok for CM6.
Did you try hooking your phone with USB and try if ADB interface works? If your computer sees the phone via fastboot?
IF fastboot works, you could always restore your stock recovery and install a stock FRF91. (And then try again with CM6, this time installing the proper baseband AND WIPING like you should when installing CM6!!)
When installing custom ROMs always read the install instructions whole first then install.

[Q] ROM issues

I tried following some guide online to get my S3 rooted and running stock Jelly Bean and all was going so well...Casual Root worked like a charm, cyanogen all set. But when I went to install the ROM and Gapps in recovery it kept getting hung up. I assumed this was due to encryption on the device from my work email, so I went back to factory andremoved the account and decrypted the device.
Then it was back to recovery to flash the ROM and Gapps. All seemed to go well, the ROM installed fine, Gapps installed fine, but reboot got stuck at the cyanagenmod loop. I had mad a backup of the original ROM, but I must have saved it to the internal SD card by accident before i factory wiped. I thought my best bet would be to load the Gapps and ROM onto my external SD and flash from there, but I cant get it to mount.
The one good thing that I can do is get to the Odin boot screen. Anyone think there's a chance I can get Odin to flash something that will boot? And does anyone have suggestions of what to flash?

[Q] Wiped in TWRP then flashed new ROM... now can't boot to recovery and boot looped

Everything was working fine but I haven't updated my ROM (Mokee ROM in my sig) in a long time. I also wanted to just start fresh. So, I rebooted into recovery and wiped absolutely everything. I downloaded the same (but updated) ROM I was using before. I put the files on a microSD and put the microSD into the tablet. I flashed the ROM and then GApps as described in the instructions and then rebooted. Now I am stuck in a boot loop. At first, I thought maybe the downloaded files were corrupt. So I downloaded them again on another computer. It didn't change a thing.
But every time I try getting into recovery mode, it just boots to the ROM. So how do I get things up and running again? I'm comfortable with the command line but right now ADB and Fastboot dont see the device. I've installed the USB drivers and 15 second ADB/fastboot install on Windows. I've never had this problem and haven't found anything online yet that provides a solution. What now?

Restore backup or flash some other Rom,

Yes, that is what I'd like to do. But how would you suggest doing that since I cannot get into recovery and am stuck in a boot loop?
Whew... I let the tablet sit for a couple of days while I worked on other things. I decided to try, just for the heck of it, to put it into recovery mode (Power+Vol Down) and it worked. I already had a new ROM ready to install on my microSD and did it. It looks like CM10 is going to be my ROM now. It installed and is running! What a relief!
It must not have been shutting down all the way before. Even though I saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab logo, there must have been something it didn't like at the time. No idea besides that.

wiped everything, no OS installed, TWRP restarts on flashing.

Long story short I was running latest nightly of cm13, I decided to flash to cm14 to try nougat. I had backups, during the process I pulled an idiot and wiped everything dalvik, system, data, internal storage, cache . So now I have no backups, I can still get into TWRP and attempt to flash Roms but I've tried countless ones and same outcome, TWRP just restarts half a second after it tries to flash, I've even tried the stock rom with no luck.it starts and gets to MTP enabled installing "name of rom" and then reboots . I've been using a tablet to install the Roms onto an sdcard and then using the sdcard to flash, I'm hoping it's an sdcard issue and I'm waiting to get the laptop to try and put the Roms on internal phone storage and try. I'm hoping I won't have to go back to unroofed stock using kdz tot. If anyone knows what's wrong please help.
Well I tried flashing to stock and can't get into download mode, computer won't recognize phone. So I decided to try updating Twrp flashed the image, rebooted and now I'm stuck on [11050] fast boot mode started. Nothing gets me out of that.

Need help getting back to stock firmware

Last night i tried to root my phone. I installed twrp, supersu, and everything needed, but supersu was not working and put my phone in a bootloop. I got out of that and tried to restore my phone to before i did anything, but it wouldnt let me. I then stupidly installed crDroid, which worked, but now i cant get any cellular service, which defeats the purpose of having a cell phone. I wiped my phone and tried to install a stock firmware multiple times that was correct for my phone, but that didnt seem to work in twrp either. I tried to adb sideload, but i'm too stupid to even get the right file name for the stock firmware? i need seirous help so i can have my phone back. I dont even want to root anymore.

When you're rooting stock, remember do not wipe cache and dalvick partitions after root and before first boot

Procedure for flashing -->
http://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/general/guide-fastboot-flashing-factory-t3187750
will installing super su use version
https://download.chainfire.eu/751/SuperSU/BETA-SuperSU-v2.62-3-20151211162651.zip?retrieve_file=1
You cannot just flash SuperSU on stock marshmallow, it will boot loop you. What you need to do is, go into advanced tab in twrp and enter the terminal and write this before flashing SuperSU zip
echo SYSTEMLESS=true>> /data/.supersu
This will move root to data and avoid the boot loop

Use the supersu version attached in this link.
