I've been having problems with my phone showing this message randomly popping up. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it? Completely stock and it's happened before and after the recent 5.1 update. I suppose it's a hardware issue.
I've had same problem... trying to find solution as it drains charge even though cable not connected (or owned)!

Hey,
i just came across an annoying problem..It happened out of nothing
when my headphones are plugged in, my TP starts calling the latest contact or activating the voice speech (long press on Yes)
This ONLY happens with the headphones plugged in. It never used to do that and now suddenly it does (haven't installed or modified anything between the time that it happened)
what could be causing this?
i can think of the button getting stuck (although it doesnt feel or look stuck)..
any thoughts or ideas are welcome

I've the same problem but with my Diamond.
I realized that's a problem of the cable, because it's broken inside and crosses the signal between the headphone & calling order. It normally happens when you move the cable or turn it in an specific section of it....et voilĂ ! You make a call!
or maybe it's me that i'm turning crazy
But I'm annoyed too
I also had this problem and a new set of head phones resolved it
please help, i have very annoying problem my wifi act very strange if i turn on phone and turn on wifi on phone it function normally, and when i turn of wifi on phone it turn off normally but then when i try to turn on again its not function anymore it force close, wifi turn off by itself i mustr reboot the phone to make it function again, please help ( ps i use stock rom v21 b and then 21d but the problem still there, internet from 3g work perfectly, and sorry about my english )
it happens i think for all, the reason is unkonw but all I can tell it's related to the settings, if you try to enter wifi settings you'll get a force close, the only way to fix it is to restart the phone.
I've noticed that this issue causes the battery to drain faster
I posted same issue but the thread name wasn't so clear.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1519436
I still haven't found the solution so have kept the wifi on always on but now it reboots from time to time (froyo using acura newline v3 o/c rom).
As alankstiyo said above it drains the battery in matter of minutes. If you have Cpu usage program you can check and will see one process tiwlan_wq using 48% of cpu all the time till battery dies.
I use a widget and when it dies, the light turns into a faded green that way I know that it has crashed, maybe LG doesn't even know about it or they know but don't want to do anything
LG has effed up on this phone on so many fronts they just recently acknowledged about ghost call issue. I doubt they'll be bothered to look in this issue as they keep churning out phone after phone. For me this was the first and last LG phone.
NExt one SGIII..
true, I've seen a lot of announcements, prada, 3x 3dmx but nothing regarding the "old" phones
it's like if they forget about their own existence or customers, I'm deciding this week or month to buy a xperia s or not, so bye bye o3d (after just 6 months or so)
hi all dear,my phone always power fail, even on phone till the password menu then it will turn off.also, when using internet 3g,wifi or play whatever game app will cause sudden shut down phone.i though is battery problem so i keep changing battery then end up the phone spoilt my battery.may i know any memeber overcome this problem before?maybe motherboard or the power plug got problem?pls help me solve...
Be specific and clear. Which Rom are you using? Rooted or not?
are you talking about random shutdowns? i.e. your device gets shutdown randomly when you use internet connection or any app!
is there any specific step that you perform and your device shuts down immediately?

Hi does anybody have this issue here bluetooth always crash and disconnects " unfortunately com. android.bluetooth stopped working " I have a D6603 I already did the software repair did a hardreset and even restore to stock, but unfortunately the problem still persist.. I dont use stamina mode on power management. Anyone have a solution on this would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
Simple solution: check Bluetooth connection with different devices. When it happens everywhere, let it repair.
Don't have this problem. The only thing I noticed was the small range this phone has. My old S4 has the doubled range.
Well, I've updated my Nexus 5 about a month ago when I got the OTA. After the update I made a Factory Reset, and installed all the apps from scratch as I usually do. My phone has never been rooted, or had the bootloader unlocked, or anything... I'm just a regular user. I've been experiencing the most frustrating problems ever since the update. I've never had this many problems through Lollipop or even KitKat. I'll make a list of the things I've noticed:
- Battery Life got worse. I just don't see any improvement at all. With 5.1.1 I got to work with 100%, and when I got back home, about 85%. Now I get home with 75% - 70%.
- Problems with WiFi. The first 2 weeks using Marshmallow, I've noticed on the Battery Settings that WiFi was using between 25% - 45% of the battery. Usually on 5.1.1 it used between 1% and 5%. I solved this making a Factory Reset and a Wipe Cache Data from the Recovery Mode. Also I disabled both WiFi and Bluetooth Scanning from the Location settings.
- Settings app crashing when trying to access to "Data Usage" settings. I had this problem on Lollipop too. It solved itself after updating to 5.1.1 but it came back on 6.0. I solved it making another Wipe Cache Data from the Recovery Mode.
- After fixing this other two, I've started noticing problems with the Proximity Sensor on calls and Whatsapp while listening to audio messages. I haven't solved this one yet, but I don't care much about it.
- Apps crashing, particularly Google Photos and sometimes Instagram (when trying to take a photo or a video from the app, I didn't have any problem when uploading from the gallery.).
- Slow charging or even discharging. I usually plug my phone at night to the wall adapter. Every once in a while it charges really slow or even discharges. I have no idea if it's the battery itself, or the microusb connector. I even bought a new wall adapter, and the problem persisted. THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN ON 5.1.1!
I'll try to upload screen captures and more details later. I know many reported some of this problems before so please, comment and help!

Hello !
You can solve all of your problems very easily !
- Download the Android 6.0 ROM from Google Developer and flash it. That should fix all of your softwares problems. [https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/hammerhead-mra58n-factory-aeca4139.tgz]
- To fix the charging issue, which I faced it too ! Use another charger which has the following details - 2.0A/5V (I use Samsung Tab Charger, charges real quick !! )
That's all !!
