[Q] Performance Control - PA

I was on Omni ROM and decided to check out Paranoid Android. I go the About menu and click on the build number a million times to get to dev menu. I installed the Trinity kernel, but I don't have a performance menu. I had performance menu on Omni ROM, but how do I get it on PA?
Device: Nexus 5 (32GB)
Android Version: 4.4.2
PA Version: 4.0-BETA5
Baseband Version: M8974A-1.0.25.0.13

It's the rom. PA doesn't have it. tapping on build prop week only get you the developer option

Is there a way to add it manually? I'm good with that kind of stuff. >

Yea lol, if you can create your own rom from source. Roms have different features some you'll like and some you won't. Just use the ones that have the features you like.

Trickster mod from the play store.
While it doesn't add it to the developer options menu or embed itself in settings, it will provide you control

Found fix for panorama it will be in next update. To edit picture you have to tap on picture first then 3 button/edit!

Did try edit use 3buttons ?? I just press and tap edit.. Nothing happen...
Btw.. Thx for fix panorama for next update..
On fb app.. Also cant edit like crop.. Change mode pic.. I think.. Its edit issue on gallery

Just to say this is a great rom for the Oneplus One and absolutely loving all the lovely Android L apps. Getting a bit of slow down here and but I only wiped system and didnt do a factory reset so i suspect that may be causing problems so if they persist i will try a clean install. Thabks for porting this!

For me I've a great battery life, 6 hours of music, 3 hours screen time and still 20% remaining =)

After flashing temasek Rom, my phone stucks in a bootloop. Im using Multiboot, and i wanted to flash Temasek as my secondary rom.

Temasek Build Calendar issue
Hi everybody, i'm using this fabulous rom from few weeks and i have always the same problem with default calendar app. Every time i go to general settings, the app force close. No issue in accuont settings. Also no problem with google calendar app from play store...

Support was added second ROM on multirom on preview 3 cm-12

New commits
Thanks for the 4th preview but the 4th preview is based on the 24th commits right? Just today there are more fix commits that came out like double tap to sleep option in settings. Would be great if it was based on today's commit

I added the commits temasek add in changelog, but will only add the sync time so you could cross reference the gerrit whats in there.

[Q] Tap home twice to go to home. Bugs?

I got a problem. Sometimes, I tap the home button, nothing happen. I need to tap twice to go to home.
This happens randomly and logcat can't catch any log about it.
Tried blisspop and temasek, both give same bug. Sometimes, it happen often but still randomly.
Both nav bar and hardware button have same problem. Anyone got this problem too?

Clean flashed 2 or 3 times.. All wiped except my internal.

I can confirm this issue does not exist on mahdi rom 4.4.4
Im using mahdi rom now..

I tried blisspop latest version. Damn!! The problem still exists..
Blisspop, temasek, hazyrom, same issue happened...

Try Euphoria. Double tap home will sleep the device and single tap works fine in which case you can tap to go home. These are all customization .

Ok I will try later. Now Im on cm12s official stock rom.. Im happy with it because there is no issue.

CM12s is good but its code is outdated. Other Cm12.1 roms offer both latest code/androi dversion and more customization. They are fairly stable for daily use. Theme engine in 12.1 is better and also DPI changer which is very useful. But its just my opinion

You are losing my point actually. As stated in this thread's title, I got an issue where sometimes, I need to tap on home button twice, to go to the home. Tapping once doesnt do anything.
I tried temasek, blisspop, cyanide and hazyrom. All of them are based on android 5.1.1 right?
I have tried mahdi 4.4.4 and this issue doesnt came out. So I am trying cm12s and srill there is no issue. Perhaps, Euphoria may have this issue as well.
Btw, thanks for recommendation.

Unable to change keyboard

Hello all I recently changed my ROM to Resurrection Remix but now it seems I cant change my keyboard it just says unfortunately settings has crashed then closes settings anyone else having this issue and/or might know how to fix it?

That is a bug in the Resurrection Remix android version 5.0.2 which they never updated try to find another rom if u really need that feature

back button - to force close, not working

Im having problems getting the "close app" by back button to work.
i can see the feature in developer menu but activating doesnt make any changes.
in android 5 i had it working. can anyone give me a hint how to check whats wrong?
dont know what to check next.

Check the Resurrection Remix thread if some one else has reported the same or comparable issue, if not try to do a clean flash of the most recent version of the rom. Is the issue/bug still there after a clean flash? Then you can report the bug if some one else hasn't done that and wait for a fix in the future releases of that rom. :good:
