I recently bought my Xperia Z3 and after a few weeks I installed CM 12.1. Not that I regret it, but I miss the camera features of the stock Xperia ROM. I am new to all thi Sony stuff (coming from an HTC). On my old HTCs I just needed to flash a zip and voila! However, here you need to flash a .tft file and etc. Can someone explain me what to do step-by-step?
install latest flashtool..install required drivers from drivers folder..
download stock ftf file from here->http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/ftf-stock-firmwares-xperia-z3-models-t2886061
place that ftf file in firmwares folder in flashtool..
now open flashtool..click the flash icon and select flash mode..select the ftf..check wipe data, cache
switch off your phone..connect it to your pc by holding the volume down button..your phone will be connected in flashmode then
the firmware will be flashed..and you are done!

When you say it was flashing 3 times, do you mean those flashes failed?
Please re-charge your phone, try flashing again and post the log output of the flashing here, then we'll have another look to what's wrong.
you'll need to reflash stock ftf, unlock bootloader and flash a jb kernel, then install jb roms

Depends.
If you want to completely revert to factory settings (that means removing CWM recovery too) then use ODIN method.
If you wish to flash other roms in future then I suggest you to flash pure stock roms by Raj Joshi from android developement section.
Simply flash those like normal roms through recovery.
Tip: Flash CM7,miniCm7 and their derivatives for better performance. Stock roms are always laggy. (atleast for me)
Procedure and Happy Flashing

HIT THANKS IF I HELPED
Hey guys,
Im having problem to revert from CM12 to new Lollipop-version or Stock in general. When I try to flash with flashtool the package a get an error message that it can´t open the bundle.
Im sure this is an common problem but I have tried almost everything but it wont work. I got an CM-based recovery (never seen it before, its not like CWM). I have all the necessary drivers and I using an win 7 computer.
Any idea? Should I try to flash an ordinary cwm and then try to flash stock firmware again?
I have also backed up my DRM-keys, any good with them? I have unlocked bootloader and of course rooted device.
Could really use some help right now
restore to .93, root with giefroot, restore keys, reboot and flash lollipop. if you want root, flash a lollipop zip which you can find somewhere around here.

Restore to .93? How can I restore key? Right now its just matters with the stock firmware, root comes later
You can flash the stock pre-rooted ZIP from Android Development Section through your recovery instead of using flashtool. You won't have to go through the whole rooting process again. If the CM recovery is failing, flash/replace it with TWRP/CWM/xZDualrecovery (tutorials are in their respective threads).
If you want to use your DRM keys, relock your bootloader (after flashing a stock (based) ROM) and restore them with the tool you used for backing them up. You will regain all the functionality.
Did you try different .ftf files with flashtool?

Edit: When I try to flash the stock fw I get this error message: "Cannot open bundle. Flash operation canceled"
use flashtool.

I already use flashtool when I get this error message. I also tried to delete the "prepared" folder but it didnt work. I try right now to flash in fastboot mode but it doesnt seems to work. I think there is a problem with drivers.

I have already downloaded the usb drivers for fastboot and flashmode but it doesnt work anyway.
It looks like whether the drivers aren't installed correctly (did you reboot your pc at least once?) or you may get the whole connect - disconnect - connect in flashmode procedure wrong.
