Instructions:
STEP 1) Get your device to 16.0.B.2.16
STEP 2) Have a nandroid backup (using CWM before flashing the ROM)
STEP 3) Copy the .zip to SD CARD
STEP 4) Boot To Recovery (CWM preferred)
STEP 5) Wipe Data, Dalvik Cache and Cache Partition
STEP 6) Flash the zip
STEP 7) Reboot ..
STEP 8) Wait for it to boot.. it may take a while.. 5-8 min. max.
STEP 9) Press the Thanks Button Below.
You'll get "Unfortunately Clock Has Stopped" , but its not a problem . It wont affect in any way , Just press OK :cyclops:

Hello EveryOne, Many of u must know me who comes from Samsung Galaxy NOTE GT-N7000.
Here is The Leatest version of my Project as v3.2 For GT-N7100.
Lets Begin
1.Download the ROM zip From Download post, Copy the zip File to sdcard(Internal Or external)
2.Flash cwm recovery (philz recommanded, Don't use leatest version, use this version
3.Take a nandroid backup (incase you want to restore)
4.Take a backup of your EFS(incase of lost imei)
5.Wipe data/factory reset
6.wipe cache, wipe davlik cache
7.format system, format preload (In mount and storage)
8.Install Zip n Let it Finish.
9.Reboot Your Phone, Complete Setup Wizard.
10. Reboot it again Yes I said Reboot it again NOW
11.Check For Update From Settings/Xperia-Z-ized OTA

What is the android & kernel version of this ROM?
Is this a Kitkat 4.4 ROM or Jelly Bean 4.2 themed as Kitkat?
Its not themed basically i tried to combined 3 roms JB, Kitkat, CM11 but yes base is jelly bean and almost all features of Kitkat except Battry Drain !

Its nice rom with great battery backup...I didint even realised its JB based
I thought its pure kitkat
Issues I faced -
After updating Google app and restarting phone...launcher not working...blank black screen appears..can not access the Homescreen or Apps
May be Google launcher stopped working
AFter updating xposed to latest version it does not work...want to use tinted status bar which requires latest version of Xposed
I had to revert back to previous ROM as I am not able to use phone due to Launcher problem after google app update
Hope you solve it ASAP...otherwise great ROM...
Must mention - Beats audio sound mod gives awesome music experience

Tips & Tricks :
1. You might might feel that the battery consumption is a little high
So to reduce the consumption
Open Settings > Open WiFi > Click on Advanced > Switch off the option " Scanning always available ".
2. If Google Maps is not working for you -
Open Settings > Open Location > Click on Mode > Change to High Accuracy - Then open the app , it may force close then restart the device and the app will work normally.
OR
You may use 8.x.x version of the app, it will cause no problem ( Issue arises only on 9.x.x versions of the app )
3.To enable ART Runtime first you have to disable Xposed because ART does not supports Xposed.
Also some of the apps do not support ART and will not work when ART is enabled.
Open Settings > Developer Options > Select Runtime > Use Art
The phone will reboot and it will take some time as the apps get optimized according to ART.
ART Runtime requires more free space to run properly.When you enable ART the phone memory goes low.
Also make sure that if you install a large no. of apps and then enable ART the phone will boot but it will not be usable and will ask to free up space but nothing will happen so you will be required to flash the ROM again. Just make sure you do not get into this problem.

yeah i know that and ofcourse i used the rom for more than an 2-3 hrs and only then commented. everything works fine :good:

Plz read tips and tricks of u enabled the xposed then art doesn't work first of all disable the xposed and then use art it asking for reboot and then reboot and it take time... And wifi is working fine no slow speed on it...

Copy HFS ROM, HFS Update 7 and SuperSu Update to you storage
Reboot to CWM
Wipe Data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, and format system
Mount system and mount data
Flash ROM first
Wipe cache & dalvik again
Reboot system
Choose No above Yes Disable recovery flash (don't choose Yes option)
Fix Root
Please be patient until your phone reboot into the homescreen
Reboot to CWM again
Flash SuperSU Update
Mount system and flash HFS Update 7
Wipe cache and dalvik
Reboot your system
Done! You got it!
After your phone boot into the homescreen, go to Settings > Sounds > Sound effects, and choose Viper4Android FX, press menu button, choose load profile settings and press H.F.S Effect Profile.

NiceWork...This is what I looking for.
By the way there are some problem with the ported applications such as camera theme and music player
- Camera force stop when I open it(no dialog box...it just stoped and disappear)
- Theme I cant download any theme from it...Ive already signed in but when I tep download I ask me to log in again and again
- Music player(My favorite one) When I skip the song the title of the song not change it still the last song that ive skipped. I have to go back to home screen and skip the song from notification bar to make to correct.
- Lastly its not a bug but request ><" Can you add more language to keyboard? That will be great. I usually use Thai.

Wow, your ROM is looking fantastic! But could you tell me if this ROM is working on CM 12.1? I'm not sure, because once you said that CM 12 is needed and then below it's saying that CM 12 or 12.1 is required.

Rom is just awaresome and much smoother and stable than other custom roms....very nice work...
Just encounterd few bugs...
1. Lockscreen wallpaper not set by gallery
2. Camera autimatically closed by just opening it...
Otherwise rom is awaresome...keep it up...
