My first Xperia ROM in XDA.
This ROM is made from stock firmware 11.0.A.4.22 with some interface mod and added some features.

Instruction :
Copy HFS ROM, HFS Update 7 and SuperSu Update to you storage
Reboot to CWM
Wipe Data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, and format system
Mount system and mount data
Flash ROM first
Wipe cache & dalvik again
Reboot system
Choose No above Yes Disable recovery flash (don't choose Yes option)
Fix Root
Please be patient until your phone reboot into the homescreen
Reboot to CWM again
Flash SuperSU Update
Mount system and flash HFS Update 7
Wipe cache and dalvik
Reboot your system
Done! You got it!
After your phone boot into the homescreen, go to Settings > Sounds > Sound effects, and choose Viper4Android FX, press menu button, choose load profile settings and press H.F.S Effect Profile.

after install, reboot system and choose No above Yes option.. so don't choose Yes and you will see Fix Root option
new update for HFS Material Edition will be available tomorrow..

Hello EveryOne, Many of u must know me who comes from Samsung Galaxy NOTE GT-N7000.
Here is The Leatest version of my Project as v3.2 For GT-N7100.
Lets Begin
1.Download the ROM zip From Download post, Copy the zip File to sdcard(Internal Or external)
2.Flash cwm recovery (philz recommanded, Don't use leatest version, use this version
3.Take a nandroid backup (incase you want to restore)
4.Take a backup of your EFS(incase of lost imei)
5.Wipe data/factory reset
6.wipe cache, wipe davlik cache
7.format system, format preload (In mount and storage)
8.Install Zip n Let it Finish.
9.Reboot Your Phone, Complete Setup Wizard.
10. Reboot it again Yes I said Reboot it again NOW
11.Check For Update From Settings/Xperia-Z-ized OTA

try and take a photo and then if u want 2 review it ,, phone with start to vibrate and then u will have the message
unfortunately camera stop working
On the download page top left corner push FILE and then DOWNLOAD and flash the ZIP after install of the ROM.

FIX WIFI THANKS @Shivam Kuchhal
WiFi is working perfectly fine and its tested. If you're having problems with it then its the fault of your ROM not the kernel.
Though I have a workaround for you maybe as I was on Parallax for sometime and I might know why's it not working.
Copy prima_wlan.ko from /system/lib/modules/prima to /system/lib/modules/ and rename it to wlan.ko, make sure it replaces the file there. It should work fine then if still nothing then complain about it to your ROM developer for not linking prima_wlan.ko and wlan.ko properly.

Problem
everything is working fine just the icons get rearranged after the reboot. If the application is moved to the internal drive, and if it is then put a shortcut on the desktop, then it will fly off after a reboot, this problem was on 0.26 firmware. And I Kartini v4 on firmware 1.14 and you can somehow get rid of this problem, just always a lot of icons on the table and really need to problem such was not. Sorry, i bad speek english. My kernel ThunderZap 3.1 and 1.14 firmwares
Ok,so I installed this couple of hours ago.First of all the UI is just awesome & smooth.The phone performs very well(that's probably due to overclock too) , no issue at all until now.
Second of all,how can I remove the data traffic from the top left corner near the clock?Also I would love to see some new animations.maybe some KK annimations until we get real KK.

If someone is not difficult, do not complicated operatsiyu.1. install any application and move it to the internal drive and copy the shortcut to the application on your desktop, make a reboot and tell whether to remove the icon? please, it's not difficult

I can confirm this.I remember this problem since 4.2.2 ... I don't think it's a particular problem of this rom.
@AgungDaVici can you tell if there is any way to remove the internet traffic from top left corner near clock?I don't think it's necessary so I would like it removed.Any way?

After you flash boot.img you also need to flash the whole zip in cwm.i personally used phantom kernel v4.5.then you flash rom.

Well guys a poll is up regarding if the base rom should be changed. It was bound to happen since AOSB hasn't been updated since January 25 and the amount of manual fixes I can apply is limited (remember I don't build the ROMs myself), still I have applied the latest Bluetooth fixes, kernel and overclock into the rom manually. But the thing is obvious if we change base rom latest features would come fairly quickly. Keep in mind that you can choose more than one option when voting.
The other thing is that it would be nice to have a JB version of the rom, that would not have the bugs Kitkat has, simply because some users like to choose functionality over latest features.
Also this is now a Devdb project so it would be nice if we use it accordingly, bugs in the bug report tab,review in the reviews tab, etc. Of course this is optional, I have no plans on imposing silly rules in the thread either.

I just flashed this Rom, finished setup but Xperia Home Launcher is always showing above error, I can't see even menu,home screen or any app
Edit : installed Nova Launcher now I can access everything

i'm now still using xperia D 4.9
so if i wanted to flash this latest one, i don't have to wipe system, factory reset, cache and dalvik cache right?
the bug i got from 4.9 just incapability to run video camera
but overall cool!

So we will able to taste the Xperia flavour with very recent changes in Rom. And lots of users are using Slimkat after CM11, so all of them will take interest in this Rom also.

Yeah, just flash the incremental update and you are set! Unless you have reasons to wipe your phone and install the whole ROM.

I did not change anything related to the wifi, just Bluetooth. Also this are the first reports of this happening.
Did you guys flahs the incremental update? If so please reflash and report back please.

I have been thinking about it too, i will reconsider after the next Stable Release. I will make a poll to see what the users want. I personally would like to make an JB build, that would not have any of the bugs we are facing in kk. Anyway I will let the people decide.
and guys please try to use the bug report tab, it would be nice. But if you guys want to report bugs in the thread it is ok also.

Quick battery drain
Both official and unofficial ROMs have a (very) quick battery drain
With CM11 my battery lasts 2-4 times but it has less features and now comes without the bootmenu, so I'm using this ROM anyway...
Maybe base should be changed to CM11 plus the bootmenu.
I see. Well, maybe the phone can't go into deep sleep I guess.

You can disable lockscreen notifications and active display or change OC settings and see if that helps. As for the change of base, lets see the results of the poll first.

Its a problem, from the ROMs BT files. It will be solved in next version. (which will be done after the poll ends)

DOWNLOAD ROM
How to install
1. Put the downloaded Ultimate_Black_V1_ROM.zip, gapps.zip and DXLK1KernelStock.zip into root of sdcard, then go to CWM
2. Wipe cache,data, and dalvik cache
3. Install KernelStock.zip(Optional) then reboot your recovery
4. Agian, wipe data, cache and dalvik
5. Install Ultimate_Black_V1_ROM.zip that earlier you've downloaded
6. Wait the installation process until done
7. Reboot your phone
8. Go to CWM again, wipe data, cache and dalvik cache
9. install gapps and after finish, reboot your phone
10. Enjoy it!
