So I own a OnePlus One and I decided to do the oem update to cm12 and then install twrp and root the phone, well when i installed twrp I had issues booting into cm12 so i found a version that was compatible.
I just recently was messing around in the twrp recovery menu and clicked fix permissions not knowing what it meant, tried to reboot into cyanogen and it just sits at the cyanogen boot logo and wont boot into cyanogen.
Anyone know what todo?

I have the same issue, tried installing older versions but still failing
Cyanogenmod 9
Same issue, I unrooted and re rooted which has allowed me to actually get onto Clockworkmod. Although any attempts to install another rom or wipe the phone look as though they are working but the phone just reboots into cyanogenmod again as though you have just installed it.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, everybody.
Have made a clean factory image installation, and rooted , firstly boot successfully and restored data.
After boot into fastboot model to flash twrp, then boot, the phone just keep showing the four colorful dots
What shall I do?
Best regards,
Android l? I did same root and flashed twrp but mine was succsessful. Everytime i reboot all my apps reset to default. Going bak to kitkat cba with this. I reckon its twrp thats causing the issue. Try get into bootloader and flash image again and leave twrp/root until an update comes for em.
Btw post should b in help&troubleshoot

Hello guys! Sorry i'm just new at flashing ROMs. So far I only flashed my Note II and it was successful and I tried flashing my TF300T 'coz it's very slow.
I follow a guide from transformer forums and all seems fine but when I reboot it, I was stuck at the omni logo.
When I turn off my device, I can still access recovery. Can anyone help me please?
UPDATE I fix it by wiping data but i don't have play store, not sure if the device is still rooted and still have TWRP.

Ok you are almost there ....
What version of recovery do you have ?
What version is your bootloader ?

You will need to install a gapps package and SU zips from recovery to have
The play store and root ....

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I see you've posted this question in the thread you linked. That's a good place to ask. You did make a nandroid before messing with the phone, right? If so boot into TWRP and restore it. If you can't get past the bootloop first try a factory reset in the stock recovery. If that doesn't work then you're going to have to flash the stock firmware.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Your best bet at this point is to flash the stock firmware with odin and start over again. I see you've aslo posted your question here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2583603&page=6 which is the best place to ask it.
