Overview :
The Jelly Legs are made of a high grade Polycarbonate / ABS plastic which makes the product very light and gives a lot of flexibility in almost any surface. I wish the legs could stick to the surface so it can NOT fall off.
As for the Jellyfish Metal Spring Mount the materials are high quallity and the design is beautiful and convenient, it lets you mount your 5.7 inch beast easily, even Nexus 6 with a little more trouble though, iPhones can be very easy to attach and detach .
The magic trick is hidden inside the JellyFish Micro Ball Head. Changing angles is a piece of cake and stable too , although i wish i could get more angles with it.
Pros :
- Very Light easy to carry
- Easy to attach the parts
- Jelly Legs are strong and can adapt to any surface with different heights
- Eye Catching Design
- Can Hold Phablets up to 6 inch and Digital Cameras
- Ability to use it as a selfie stick/selfie pod
- Durable Product
- With the Small Jelly Legs you can mount your Smartphone and work on it while its on the desk
- Perfect for shooting video from a distance
Cons :
- Not enough Angles with the micro ball head
- Its to light for heavy Phones
- Jelly Legs should be "Jelly" , sticking to surfaces
Overall the product is great for inner and outer use, you can shoot videos or take panorama shots with this easily. Mounting the Phone is not a problem, the only complaint is that with the phones getting bigger and bigger the tripod should have been more stable and have more angles to adjust the phone. Definitely I will still continue to use it in my daily life and i recommend this product to anyone who wants to have their phone in a mini tripod sitting on the desk.
NOTE : Do not over tighten the bottom screw.*It will damage the tripod.
I don't even care about the review! I just have to say LMAO AT THE COWS IN THE BACKGROUND!!!
Yeah I'm twisted.
Nice review I've had the mount for several months and love it (actually just recommended it in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/accessories/lens-kit-note-4-t3137783). I actually use it constantly as a stand.
I'm not really a fan of the tripod's form-factor but I've got a few others; my fav came from Monoprice. It's about a foot tall with flexible legs and is usually "gripped" to the arm of a chair for stand-usage. Anyway, the mount works with any "standard" tripod and IMO is more that suitable for any photographic usage as well as... pretty much anything when your phone's not in your pocket :good:

Been working on a modular mounting system for my 7.0 Plus. The basis was a headrest PMP holder I had, which I've modified in several ways.
The bottom has a connection system to connect a Wii Classic Pro controller for gaming - a bit top heavy and you need to have the main Wiimote dangling somewhere, but really not bad. This part is a plastic mounting clip glued to the controller with hot glue (colored, black). It has been reinforced with a system of metal rods to increase rigidity.
The top has a clip-on thing from a bag strap, where the matching piece is on a portable speaker. Not really happy about the 7.0 Plus' volume, so this is a nice snap-on for situations where I don't want to use headphones, like watching videos in bed. Again, black hot glue.
The back has a tripod mounting screw which is reinforced by a metal plate and held in place by, you guessed it, black hot glue. Right now I use it with a ripoff SLR gorillapod for hands-free watching in bed. Later I will be making a suction cup system that screws on to the same tripod point.
All pieces can be used together, although I'm not planning on doing so. It will mostly be tripod + speaker and gamepad alone

Looks cool! How well is it weighted?

Not 100% sure what you mean. With only the controller attached it's naturally rather top-heavy, but not worse than that I can use it as a hand-held gaming system. With a tripod it depends on the tripod - the good thing about the gorillapod design is that you can bend the legs to counter any imbalance. I've used that tripod in bed where I've been lying on my side and propped the 7.0 Plus up on its side by using two of the tripod legs on the bed itself and the last one against the wall to sort of lean the whole setup against the wall. Quite flexible that way.
The whole point here is to create a system that isn't tied down to a single setup. I already mentioned a suction cup mount, and another idea I have is for an extendable flexible arm mount to hold it. Thinking of using http://www.dealextreme.com/p/stainless-steel-handheld-monopod-for-digital-camera-42504 for the arm bit and then perhaps tie that in with another tripod mount solution on the other end in order to mount it on a large tripod.
Edit: found this which should be directly compatible with no further hot gluing: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/universal-car-swivel-mount-holder-for-camera-37975
That answers my questions. I was mainly curious if it puts much stress on your wrists when you hold it upright by the controller.

I was originally worried about http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008LM04T6/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i01 this case but it turned out to be quite nice. it does add bulk tho so i would reccomend it to travelers and those who work in non office areas, perfect for cafe's and other busy places. best thing is both cameras work with no obstruction, and can separate for days you know you wont be using the keyboard, and then it looks real slim, pockets for everything see pics below and ask any questions, there is suede on the inside it looks real premium

Great photos. Thanks for that. I'm waiting on mine to arrive from the US (must be stuck on a boat somewhere). What youhave described is perfect for what I need the case for.
I happen to have essentially the same one, save mine doesn't have the SD card holders (although I remember them being advertised, I do not need them so I let it slide). I commute by train (4 to 5 hours per shift), and so far it has behaved commendably. It is bulky, but it does feel a bit safer than having the TF700 all naked in my bag.The corners are free, though, so if dropped on a corner the device will still suffer quite a bit.
End of story: even with a case, don't drop it?
PS: what I like as well is that the flap that folds over the screen backwards makes the tablet/dock combination quite a bit more stable when you let the contraption rest on it. Wow, that is unclear, but I do not know how to phrase it more clearly. Let's try this.
__/\ << = keyboard, screen, folding flap
I received mine today from Amazon and haven't quite decided if I like it or not.
Pros:
The case seems to be built well with quality materials. The leather and solid flaps will definitely protect it from the elements, to an extent. The leather is smooth and soft but easy to hold on to. It's like carrying around a book.
Cons:
The bulk is significantly more than I was hoping for. With the tablet and dock folded in it's about 2 inches thick, and this is before I've put any papers in the flap.
The tablet strap is less than 1cm wide and has a small piece of Velcro to keep the tablet from slipping out if you don't have it docked. That's it, 1cm of Velcro, not that reassuring.
The dock's elastic straps block both the USB port and the Charging port. Moving them aside every time you need to use the ports is possible but an extra hassle.
If I should decide to carry it without the dock, the case doesn't stay closed well, is loose and baggy on the edge, and I'm going to be afraid that the tablet will fall out since a 1cm piece of Velcro is all that would be holding it in.
I'll probably be returning this case and wonder if the RooCase TF201 cases will fit the TF700. I may have to wait for the TF700 cases to come out.
Hi folks! Noob here (have been lurking around since 2004 though). I just wanted to share my experience on which Nexus 4 friction mounts work the best for me. Personally, I'm not a big fan of suction mounts because they suck really bad (no pun intended), i.e a small variation in weather and your device will take off like superman while you are driving. Anyway, the following listing has been arranged in order of my preference:
#1- iTrek BeanBag with 17mm ball mount + slimy crocodile grip

}
Pros:
- 17mm ball mount can be used interchangeably with that Qi charger from Owlpad.
- The grip locks into the friction mount, contrary to other friction mounts where a suction cup is used.
- Freakin inexpensive; given that it's a Garmin-style friction mount.
- Friction mount stays in it's place even during running a lap where drifting is involved!
- That slimy croc grip is pretty nifty and can hold anything from a dashcam to you-name-it.
Cons:
- The croc grip wont fit too snugly on that ball mount. Viewing angle can be disturbed by a moderate amount of jerk (result obtained after a 10 mile run.)
#2- SPFM Mini Desktop Friction Mount
Pros:
- No suction mount between holder and the friction mount.
- Holder snugly holds your Nexus 4 in place.
- Nexus 4 can be placed at an angle where it can be used as a dashcam.
- Friction mount has a very very small foot print.
- Friction mount wont budge unless your are engaged in a drift race.
- Cheap + good bang for the buck!
Cons:
- No 17mm ball mount.
- Foam on both sides of the holder wont exactly engage the Nexus 4 but it still gets the job done.
#3 - USA Gear Portable Vehicle Friction Mount
Pros:
- The grip locks into the friction mount, contrary to other friction mounts where a suction cup is used.
- Friction mount stays in it's place even during running a lap where drifting is involved!
- Can hold almost any cell phone!
- Firm viewing angle. (re-confirmed after a 10 mile run)
- Low profile. It only takes as much space as necessary.
- Cheap.
Cons:
- Can't use your cell phone as a dashcam (at least wont cut it for Nexus 4.)
- Absence of a 17mm ball mount.
- Cell phone holder is pretty useless. It has minimal friction and it's fairly easy to dislodge your expensive equipment during hard braking or tight cornering. Though, in my test not a single female driver was able to dislodge the test phone
#4- Arkon Weighted Smartphone Mount
- Almost any cell phone fits snugly in that holder!
- Friction mount has a somewhat smaller foot print and looks neat.
- Nexus 4 can be fitted at an angle where it can function as a dashcam.
- Cell phone sits somewhat closer to the driver, and depending on your car, you can also fiddle with the phone without taking your hands off the wheel!
Cons:
- No locking mechanism between the friction mount and the holder; just a suction mount! It didn't work for me very well here in VA. It just hates cold
weather.
- Friction mount can slide around during tight cornering. Even a female driver was able to replicate this anomaly.
- If you drive a Jeep or any car that has a stiff suspension, you will notice some vibrations on that long neck shaft, making info on your Nexus 4 harder to read.
- Less value for the money.
Disclaimer:
-----------------
- Friction mount might work differently in your car, depending on the material used for the construction of your dash.
- When I say female drivers, I mean gentle drivers
- Yes, the search function didn't yield a positive hit.

~Slim, lightweight, and stretchable neoprene material.
~Brand Name: Exact(TM)
~Item Weight: 1.6 ounces
~Product Dimensions: 5.7 x 3.1 x 0.3 inches
Protection: 7/10
It is really protective considering the thickness of the case. It will survive most drops. I dropped my phone from my ear and my pocket with not a single scratch. It will probably not protect it against a fall flat on the screen. I would recommend it if you want a cheap protective case.
Headphone jack: 10/10
Any headphones will fit in the headphone jack. I have tried a huge plug and it fit as if there was no case on it at all.
Charging port (If that's what it's called): 10/10
It fits all Android chargers. I have tried a wide charger and it fit pretty snug.
Buttons: 7/10
The buttons are fairly easy to press. It sometimes doesn't press all the wake, but after a few presses it works like normal.
Weight/Thickness: 10/10
can't complain, very thin and lightweight. Doesn't make the phone any heavier.
Build: 5/10
The design is nice. At first I was skeptical when opening the package, but once I put it on the case I loved it. Sleet difficult to put on the phone and super easy to take off the phone. The circles look really cool and the twopieces don't break apart when dropped.
Overall: 7/10
It is a nice case considering the price. ($5) It is good if you want a cheap case to use till you get your very nice expensive case. I wouldn't recommend it as a daily case. Just to use for a short time. The only thing I dislike is getting the phone in and out of the case. If you get the case you will know. It is such a pain to get in and out.
Pictures:
Wowz, got the same case from amazon but with an Ionic branding on the back. It's an ok case for it's price but I would invest in something better.
I could post pictures upon request.

I've been trying on the various cases I bought for the S5 so here's the quick take on the Gmyle Folio case. I wanted a wallet style case for traveling light that would hold a card or two. It had to be bright enough to stand out but not too gaudy. For those reasons I chose this Black and Wasabi Green one.
Other colors combos are available. Navy Blue and Brown, Silver Gray and Red, Mint Green & Pink. There are options for the S4 and S5 so don't mistakenly get the wrong one like I almost did.
Material is a textured plastic, flexible and soft to the touch but not sticky. Cutouts line up well and buttons are accessible. Finish is decent with no loose threads or exposed edges. Magnetic flap is strong and case closes easily. The case is slightly larger than the phone on the open edges so some drop protection is expected.
Without cards it is 1.5 cm (5/8") thick. It is blacker than the photos show, but reflective as well.

The phone holder is TPU and it is easy to insert and remove the phone. Interior is a very bright green, pretty much neon; a little brighter than I expected but not over the top since it is largely out of sight.
It has 2 card slots, enough for my ID and a credit card; while still closing well with little added thickness. Behind the cards is a wider slot for cash or whatever.
Overall I am happy with this case, it should fit easily in the pocket of my surf shorts for trips to the beach, or into a front pocket of jeans for a night out. If it falls apart I will let you know.
GMYLE FOLIO CASE This color combo was $6 shipped to the US in 7 days.
Edit: Sorry about the dirty mouse pad in the pics... didn't notice it.
Ringke Delight has a twin?
This appears to be identical to the Ringke Delight which I bought on Amazon. If so you got a bargain.
