Can anyone tell me where I can find roms for the Verizon edition of the Moto G. Model XT1028. I have tried to install several and it always throws an error message saying this rom is for models 1032, 1033 1034 etc. I have researched the internet for 3 days now and can't seem to find any help. I am unlocked bootloader wise and rooted. PLEASE HELP.... Any and all help is APPRECIATED!

Someone please help me unlock my bootloader. I've done this Motorola method and I'm not eligible for unlock that way there has got to be a solution please help really would like to root phone. It's a moto g xt1031 boost mobile version not a developer edition running 4.4.4, CDMA thanks guys.

I have the same phone and I done had about 5 of them. There has to be something you are doing wrong. All of my phones where able to get the bootloader unlocked. They are all XT1031's from Boost Mobile. If you would like some help just PM me.
I guess I am one of the unlucky one to purchase the verizon prepaid Moto G from Bestbuy Sale to only find out that it came with 4.4.4 and could not be rooted.
Apparently nothing work at this moment.
However, it appears previously Moto G and Moto X had similar rooting method prior to 4.4.4, and someone has worked out a way to root verizon Moto X on 4.4.4 at here

No. :/ I have been searching for about a year now. Verizon had Moto lock the BL on the G's that Verizon had intended on selling. I was not aware of it.. Looked at it the same day also saw the quad core and jumped on it. I will remember to study from now on. I have heard rumors about Verizon letting Moto Release the BL Code but I highly doubt that. For now it sits in the realm of silence, waiting ..... possibly forever.

It will only work if you have the blankflash files for your device.
