Hello all,
I would like to introduce my app Turbo Alarm, it has more than 25K downloads and it is totally free (no-ads). It has in-app purchase only if you want to donate to keep improving the app. The list of the main features is:
★ Choose a folder with songs or your playlist as a tone and a different song will be played each day.
★ When you set the alarm Turbo Alarm shows the weather forecast for the time when the alarm rings.
★ Mini game to stop alarm definitely.
★ Tasker integration.
★ Google Now integration.
★ Sleepbot integration (basic integration).
★ Security Alarm which rings again if you still are at home.
★ ¿Do you want to wake up little by little? Then, select incremental volume and the time to reach the maximum.
★ Select the way the device vibrate when the alarm rings: relaxed, normal, rapidly or none.
★ You can choose the way to finish or snooze the alarm: switching the room light on, shaking the device, drawing a square or triangle, sliding a bar, long press, short press or just a big or a small button.
★ Simulate the sunrise in your bedroom with your favorite color.
★ Decremental snooze interval.
★ Widget with list of active alarms.
★ Dashclock extension (4.2+).
★ You can limit max snooze times.
★ Night clock with auto mute notifications.
★ Skip any day of the week (with a long press on the day). You will never forget to reactivate the alarm again.
★ Security alarm which rings again if you do not leave home in time.
★ Give a name to the alarms to remind you some events.
★ Anti-sleepyhead mode to wake you up even those days you are really tired.
★ Customizable background image.
You can contact me by email if you want to ask for new features or anything.
I am looking forward to hearing from your comments,
Fran.

i tried it
first, fantastic work on this app. it's clean, it's RICH in features and options. it really can cater to all kinds of sleepy heads !
if I could formulate one criticism: the font used for the clock itself, showing the time and the countdown is very different from the app's alarm font itself, and doesn't look very "alarm clock"-ish. I think it would probably benefit from being a little different, more in the clock styles. (Or given the many options you have, maybe allow for selection of the fonts for the clock!)

Thanks for your opinion, I am working on the fonts right now because some users think like you [emoji6]
Fantastic so far. Well done. My favorite is the mini game and the material design.
Looks nice.
I looked through the options menu, and I cannot seem to find a way to disable the alarm clock icon in the status bar. Did I miss something? All of the other alarm apps I have tried have this. I always have alarms set, so I don't need it taking up room on my status bar telling me that I have it on 24/7.

Hi,
This preference is at the bottom of the settings. It is called "active notification". There is three options and you can select none to remove completely. The one hour before notification is very useful to skip the alarm if you are already awake [emoji6]
Thanks,
Fran.
I set it to none last night, have an alarm set for 8:00, and the notification just reappeared at 7:00.

In my S5 works well. Could you try with the "Always when an alarm is active" option? Then check if a active notification is shown always.
Then set to "None" again and add an alarm for one hour and a minute from now and check again if the notification appears after a minute. If it does, it doesn't work in your phone.
Please, let me know what's your phone if you don't mind.
Thanks a lot!!
Fran.
Thank your for this great alarm app!
I really like your app because of its rich customization.
I especially like your "simulated sunrise" feature, because I am that type of person that gets up with light or brightness rather than sounds.
Would it be possible to add a pre-alarm "simulated sunrise", e.g. 30 mins before the alarm rings the display brightness slowly increases?
I charge my phone during the night, so battery consumption is not an issue for me.
I would really appreciate such a feature as it's pretty unique in the alarm app market.

Thanks @DeVisible. The pre-alarm is something I have had in mind since almost the beginning, but it is something I have to do it as well as possible and because of this I've never seen the moment to start implementing this feature. However I will try to do it for the next version

I will try that later today.
I had a hard time shutting my alarm off this morning. I had it set to draw a triangle, and I had to draw a triangle 3 times to get it to go off. My wife was watching me do it too, and confirmed that I was drawing triangles. I will let you know if I have the same issue tomorrow.

It is true, I need to make it easy to solved. Thanks for your comments.
Is there any way to make it so that I can name the alarms so that when they go off I know why they are going off?
I have been using Alarmdroid for years, but their newest update broke some things for me and I would love to switch to a new one. To get this app to be my daily alarm app, I need a way to name alarms, as I usually have 5-10 alarms always set for different things.
Sent from my SM-N910V using XDA Free mobile app
I tried to do this, I set an alarm for 2:42pm at 1:41pm, and I had it set to always show active. I then set it to none, and it stays there.
I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using 4.4.4 (my model number is in my signature as well if you need that).

Great application and free with no ads.
Perhaps Android back compatibility could be lower. Do you plan this in the future?

Hi
I searched but didn't find.
It's gone be perfect if have widget!
Smarter Alarm might fit what you need. it's an alarm that goes off stating the time and other information as per your preference instead of a ring (weather/news etc.) There's always a "hear alarm" button so if you just want to hear the time, that would work too.

it's an alarm speak.
Thanks btw. I wish to find something like tell the time every hour.
Its just to set up an alarm every hour you are supposed to be awake, or set it to not go off if the phone is silent, not much work.
Tasker can do what you want. Its not the easiest app to get used to, but it's so powerful and has near limitless potential.
You can download and import the talking clock profile someone has made from here...

Working like a charm though it's a pity that the notification does not get away once it's read
Anyways, awesome job, I know there's a lot of people who has been waiting to something like this :good:
try to make the UI more holo-like.. to blend in.
add a little blue/grey. but not too much background transparency.
Thanks for the feedback:
1. Notifications clear - I'm planning to implement full notifications clear when screen is unlocked, any thoughts on this?
2. Holo look - I'll raise opacity to 75% (currently it's 50%), I think this will make the gray and blue colors more noticeable.
Love it so much!
I hope it has a option that do not turn on the screen when a new notification arrives.
Thanks!

how about creating an option to let the users decide the background opacity?
default is the original JB grey..
edit: can you also implement -> slide to remove (individual remove per app notifications)?
also i noticed your permissions are "prevent phone from sleeping"
why is it that way? means our phone wont go into deep sleep right? :S

" Slide to dismiss" is impossible to implement on lock screen widgets (or any widgets at all). Must have buttons.
The permission is needed to turn the screen on when notification arrives. The phone will act normally and will go to deep sleep if needed.
This looks very promising, especially with a Holo theme
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
This would look great with a few design changes, i.e. a more holo/4.2 look.
I hope there will be settings available to control things like opacity, which apps/notifications to show, privacy options, etc.
I wish you all the best and look forward to using your invention

Cool widget!
But it would be great to have this widget AND the standard clock on one screen. Is this possible? (I´m on latest AOKP Rom on Galaxy SII)
I had totally forgot to post this here...
Here's my latest app (after a 2 years pause.. I'm not a fulltime developer, nope), created off my own needs but I guess there's plenty of people out there that could make use of it
AlarMe is, indeed, an alarm, but it's also weather-based
Let me explain: if you, like me, would rather ride your bike to work instead of that boring car, at least when it's sunny, why would you wake up 15 minutes earlier than you should just because you have to account for the traffic jam you'd be stuck in if you were driving a 4 wheels vehicle or, worse, why should your alarm ring at the same time whether you had to take any mean of public tranportation instead of your own?
Another scenario: let's suppose you usually have to wake up at 7:30 to go to work, that's because your commute takes 15 minutes on a clear sky day
Your default alarm would ring, indeed, at 7:30 but today is a rainy day, and now your commute is up to, probably, twice the time.. and you're late for work
Enter AlarMe
You can now create personalized weather rules for each and every alarm
Default time could be the aforementioned 7:30 but then you'll add a rule that makes the alarm go off at 7:10 if it rains, 7:00 in case of storm, perhaps even 7:45 if it's sunny cause you'll just ride your awesome bike that zips through traffic!
Features:
- the alarm, of course
- up to 6 different weather rules: clear, foggy, cloudy, stormy, rainy, snowy
- full holo UI with a flippable cards layout for the alarm list (everything works on 2.2 devices as well)
- 24 hours / AM-PM and Fahrenheit / Celsius visualization options
- 2 different weather providers (so far)
- Notifications to view/dismiss snoozed alarms
- More stuff such as automatic / manual location and customizable alarm / snooze durations
- MP3 ringtones
Coming soon:
- Bugfixes (can never have enough of those)
- Skip the alarm if a certain weather condition is met (rather than just setting a different time.. you don't want to go jogging if it rains, right?)
Coming sometime in the future
- NFC support to dismiss the alarm by touching a tag
- Maybe traffic info / estimated commute time, someone already asked for it so I'll give it a try
Download
The app is already up on the Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mdk.smartalarm
Expect frequents updates, usually once a week

You've made a great app, but I think the target audience is smaller than you'd think.
Do you think you could make an option to delay the alarm if it is a snow day? It won't be for a long time and this will only be for people in school, but it would be a really nice feature.
Also is there any possibility of creating dismiss options like solving math problems etc.?

The delay in case of snow is actually what the app does... you can set any weather rule to either delay or anticipate the alarm, just choose a default time then set the alarm for a couple of hours later in case of snow
The math solving could be added in, yes, as well as NFC reading, once all the basic functions are working properly, thus leaving the beta stage
Installed it and uninstalled it when I noticed it will quit working after three days. I'd hate to be late to work because it expired.
I've been using xtreme alarm clock pro for two years and it would be hard to replace it. Its so stable and rock solid.

I'm always releasing an update before the trial period is over, I just added that to prevent the beta version from leaking around once the full version is released, and also to make sure people are running the latest version instead of an old bugged one (and then leaving comments about my app not working)
Xtreme alarm clock doesn't look so nice, UI-wise, and it missed the main feature of my app of course, but hey, I know not everyone is going to use mine as main alarm
Also, being in beta stage, I recommend not using my app as your main and only alarm app just yet, I'd appreciate it if you tried it alongside XAC just to see if it works fine
This day, i dont think the app ring.. maybe my father turned it off first or is this the app fault?
Turn out to be my dad turning it off already

Hi
My application just passed certification process and wanted to share it with you.
This application is available to download for free on Samsung Gear Apps. Just search for "navi watch".
Imagine you are exploring new city or just going somewhere. To be most efficient you use Google Navigation to get to your desired place, but when you are in unknown area you need to look very often in your mobile to stay on path. During nice sunny day your screen brightness on mobile needs to be set on 110% to be able to see something on the screen and your battery discharges very fast(sounds familiar?).
Showing turn-by-turn navigation instructions directly on clock face eliminates the need to launch separate application every time when you look at the watch when navigating on your route. Turn-by-turn instruction with navigation image will be right there when screen turns on.
No need to waste battery on the mobile with screen on all time while looking for directions and keep your mobile in your hands all time, keep your mobile in safely in your pocket/bag and all navigation instructions are delivered instantly on your wrist.
How does it work?
It is integrated with Google Navigation using its notifications and it is necessary to grant notification access to "D.M.A Navi Watch" to be able to see turn-by-turn navigation instructions from Google Navigation directly on your Gear.
After that just start navigating to desired place on your mobile using Google Navigation and follow the navigation instructions on your Gear.
When you are not using navigation, the clock displays date and current weather information with beautiful animated icons. Display, font, colours are all configurable from the application on your mobile.
--Version 1.2
Fixed missing navigation instructions on Android Lollipop
Fixed screen not turning on before turn for some users
Added experimental support for Here maps
Here maps now works, but I don't recommend it. To get notifications on the watch, you need to make sure that the application is running in background.
Second issue is that when the screen is off, Here maps does not send navigations instructions after some time and you need to wake you phone to get current navigation instructions.
I'm working on fixing this, but hopefully Here maps will fix it on their side, I don't want to wake the phone automatically.
--Version 1.1.1(attached below)
Fixed vibation alert compatablity with latest Google Maps
--Version 1.1
Improved clock design
More and better navigation images
Added vibration before turn
Added display on before turn
Added battery icon
AM/PM or 24h time syncs with the device
Compatibility with Gear S

Quality word, if I had to say something, I would request a little bit more space between weather and date on the screen. But it is very nice work, this is now my watch face thank you !!

Well, date and time together make sense to me, so I think it is cool like that. thinking maybe you could add battery percentage in a corner and bluetooth icon in another to know it it is activated or not (both possible to deactivate). I was not asking too much but you seem to ask for work so here are my ideas ahah, thanks for asking! I generally like to have as much information as possible on the watch when I turn it on...

Pedometer in another corner ? ahahah
Currently im working on more subtile display of the battery percentage, but yes BT can be added too(also configurable).

Hi
My application just passed certification process and wanted to share it with you.
This application is available to download for free on Samsung Gear Apps. Just search for "navi watch".
Questions? Comments? Bugs? Let me know what you think.

How do you search? All I see in the phone app is endless scrolling.

very nice. THX
Wow !
Amazing app !!
I agree with some people here who have requested battery percentage level if you can consider this
Thanks for your work !
VERY well done! :good:
I did notice that 12:05pm does not fit the screen. Most of the "m" is off the screen to the right.
Thank you!!!
Not able to find the app in Gear App Store
Is this app available for US. I am not able to find the app in Gear App Store
Wow. This is one of the most game changing, useful, and well-made apps released so far.
Thanks so much.
I am going to try it out. Although, it would be nice to have the option to have it be separate as I like my watch faces and don't know if I want to change it every time I want directions, but does sound like a good idea. Good job!!!
Thank you all for feedback.
About the watch face and navigation, due to limitations on Tizen, currently it's not possible to have app that overlays on top of others(or I'm not aware of) like I did on my android application for the end of the world(search for "Doomsday - The last rain" on Google Play).
If it was separate app you would need to launch it every time when you look at your Gear during navigating on your route and that is what I'm trying to avoid, that is the reason why I added the weather widget. More options like app shortcuts or calendar events will be added in later versions.
Don't worry, I will think up something regarding custom watch faces.
I tried it on my Gear 2. Navigation is working and also showing the text in german. But I do not see the data and the time anymore only the weather is showing up. (I use 24h Setup)
Do you have any hint for me, please?
Update -> after reboot of Gear2 the time apears but still no datw
Also, I was thinking, if you make the weather forecast temperature smaller and put it on the left of the screen, you would have room for one shortcut for an app, woud that be possible ? I'm curious.. thanks!
Very nice app....thank you! Any way to use the clock on 12 hour instead of 24 hour setting? I can't a way to change that so far...I'm stuck on 24 hour setting. Again...very nice app! Works like a charm!!

It only shows 12 hour mode for me. Is your phone set to 24 hour mode by chance?
Allow me to introduce my app here:
<<I created my apps mainly based on "C"onvenience and "C"ustomization. that's what my app's name "C" stands for>>
C Notice:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ccs.notice&ah=dTx4mbmLYrMc6lw9MjuDlXRLp7A
Receive floating notifications from selected applications and keep track of everything that is important to you, all without needing to access your phone's status bar and directly from the lock screen. Experience a very clean & simple floating window design with a unique colored header display. Upon receiving a new notification C Notice displays a visual reminder of the individual application in the form of a floating icon. All notification icons float on top of any other application and can therefore be accessed and interacted with at any time you want, until dismissed. Make additional use of swipe gestures on icons to trigger quick actions (open, expand, dismiss,...) and interact with notifications of all kind with ease.

really nice app !
But would be nice to have the option : not showing notification over lock screen.....
Hey OP I just got done buying the pro key and leaving you 5* on Play Store...came over here to tell you that I am seriously in love with your app.
It really used to be such a pain in the ass accessing the status bar/notification panel on my OnePlus One, my fingers are not long enough to just swipe it without having to move my whole hand, and your app has solved this problem. Besides that, the ability to see my notifications floating windows without having to open the entire app saves so much time. This is definitely one of my favorite apps so thanks again, and anyone who sees this but has not installed the app yet, go check it out, it's great!!!
(BTW I'm on Mahdi ROM 4.4.4, stock kernel, tons of Xposed modules and scripts running and haven't experienced any compatibility issues w/ this app)

I'm recieving double pop-ups when using Whatsapp. Can it be lollipop maybe?
Love the app, been looking for something with the bubble part of the Halo functions
Been working with it last two weeks or so, found a bug, or what I think is a bug - play store notifications gets auto cleared.
Great app!
Great app, thx a lot! But, is it ok for this app to consume almost 200 Mb of RAM?
Hello. How can i uninstall this app?
In settings i cant tap to uninstall, it has grey color. Thanks

I love this app, I missed halo but liked having MW and PW that stock based Samsung ROMs give and this gives me a halo feel. Could it be possible to have a feature that if you do have Pen Window, when you click the notification the app would open in a pen window? Even if you made it a premium feature I'd pay for that.
I've been using C Notice and C Locker for a few days. Both have great potential, both well worth to buy the premium version.
Focusing on C Notice, it can be a very viable replacement for Floatification. As I've read and experienced, the dev for Floatification is not all that responsive and it's been buggy. Searching for a more capable replacement is what led me to C Notice.
A few requests:
1) Allow the notice/popup to directly delete (for example, Gmail) messages, and directly reply on those apps that have those functions in the notification bar.
2) Have a separate setting for timeout for lockscreen and unlocked. This is how I want to use it: Lockscreen--the display DOES NOT turn on automatically, but when I turn on the screen, I want to see the notifications. After a period, I want the notification to timeout and go away--this is so that the screen will automatically turn off. As you know, if C Notice stays on the lock screen, the display won't turn off. This is useful if I bumped my phone and the screen turned on. This way, it will turn off automatically after a few seconds.
While I am using the phone--I want C Notice to appear and not timeout until I act on it. When I am in the application that initiated the notification, though, I do not want C Notice to pop up (very simlar to a function available in Floatification).
If the above two are implemented, C Notice can completely replace Floatification.
3) For future consideration--to allow seperate Gmail and Hangouts notification--allow the selection of specific Gmail accounts and lables and specific Hangouts accounts for notification.
I'd gladly pay several times the current premium price....
Thanks for your work.
I had C Notice on my Samsung 3 and, so I thought, it would ring back at set times for reminders that I had not dismissed. Now, in my Note 5 I cannot find the option. Have I lost my mind?
How do I Uninstall c notice
Can You make the same style of round notification i cnotice as in the clocker? Now on cloker I can watch a preview of sms email etc. and have the contact photo on notify icon. On cnotice I have the number of unread notifications but not on cloker.
Please make same options in both of Your apps.
Is it possible to enable/disable this app from for example Tasker?
Regards Peter
Could you add quick reply feature like in Floatify?
